not branded company sitting to cheat and taking money in advance and send wrong dead products other then order products of the company and say sorry policy we cannot take return

i highly recommend not deal with these company product online payment it should be only on cod basis

The customer service provided by Mamata Sain was notable. The high chair thay I had ordered had a crack and after contact the customer service Mamata helped me with the same hassle free and resolved the issue committing to replace the broken park by sending a new one.

I ordered chair but tray was not locking. Upon checking they confirmed issue with Tray, and they send tray as replacement. But after receiving tray it was found issue was there on seat side lock.
Customer care saying they will send Seat for free, but shipping need to be borne by customer

please Note i didnt like the resolution and policies.
..
And better i will avoid buying future products tooo belonging to Star and daisy.
As you are forcing manufacturing defect on customer side. That is not at all acceptable.

You should collect your spares sent as replacement once issue resolved. Customer is asking for good product. not asking for your spares for free.
