Beautiful vanity units
I went into the Fareham branch to look at some tile samples and fell in love with their vanity units, they are beautiful quality and a great selection to view online. Sophie took the time to explain the options available to click on the website so I can order on the website when I am ready. I loved the Roma and it will be perfect in my downstairs cloackroom.

Very expensive product
Very expensive product. We do not feel the product reflected cost. We bought a large vanity and the base of the drawers was made of a cheap feeling ply wood. The 6 knobs were not pre drilled and the wrong size screws (too long) were sent with the product. Very disappointing. We now wish we'd gone with Holly Oak House.

We weren't aware of any issues following your delivery, which was over two months ago. Had we known, we would have been more than happy to help resolve them as quickly as possible.
Regarding the additional piece of plywood beneath the basin, this is an intentional design feature that has been added to provide extra support for the basin during installation. It is removable if you choose not to keep it in place.
If the screws supplied were not suitable, our team could also have arranged replacement screws straight away, as different drawer configurations can require different screw sizes.
We have since reached out to you by email, as we'd really appreciate the opportunity to discuss your concerns and see if we can put things right. We genuinely value all customer feedback and are always keen to find a solution wherever we can.

Starel are great but be aware
Starel bring both good and bad:
The good: great products and a decent prices, excellent craftsmanship.
The bad: lead time can be huge. If your product isn’t in stock then you can be waiting 5-6 months to get your items. Customer service is friendly but unreliable, if you want to get in touch be prepared to fire off an email every day and they might reply you after day three, don’t expect a quick turnaround at any point.
