Bad customer service and delivery company used (dhl exommenxe)
Ordered a mattress, had constant problems with delivery and the item not turning up. Nobody from this company took ownership to sort it out, left it days before in the end after no calls backs as promised I cancelled the order.

Mattresses lack support- backache…
I've used the new mattresses in the Motorhome for 2 days now and have the worst backache I've ever add.
Is there a return process please?
They are obviously unpacked and used for two nights but very uncomfortable.

Not good
I purchased a mattress from this company in July it was advertised as a deep luxurious cool tough big bricks quilting with memory foam and spring mattress. This is the most uncomfortable mattress I have ever bought after two months I have had to get rid of it and buy another one as the springs in the mattress dig in your body and is so uncomfortable. I emailed them and there reply was sorry I wasnt satisfied, but due to health and safety cannot do anything because I have lay on it. How do you know if a mattress is comfy or not without lying on it first. They were not interested just a sorry, not even a goodwill gesture offered. I will not be using this company again.

Hi ,I am a 57 yr old And am Disabled so I spend alot of time laying Down' all though the matress was Delivered in good conditión,it is very uncomfortable and the springs are very hard to sleep on not only can you hear the springs when you lay down' they poke through wen laying down, you cant see it becouse its in the actual matress ,But very uncomfortable to sleep on Will have to buy a better matress asap thank you I was trying to get a refund but not sure how to contact you for Retun/Refund , this is the worst mattress ever and I cant get a good nights sleep I hate this !!!!

Can't grumble at all.
The website was really easy to navigate. The prices were really reasonable. Also free delivery within a couple of days. Can't grumble. Will totally recommend them to anyone who needs a new mattress.

I didn’t receive any order confirmation I thought it was a scam. I sent 2 emails the following week for an update and got a text from DPD saying it was coming.
The communication is very poor that’s why I’ve only given a 1 star
