Ordered the Mattress online

Ordered the Mattress online, easy transaction. Item was delivered by the courier, all rolled and boxed within 4 days. Once opened the Mattress sprung into shape, left for 2 hours to let it shape its self, and very comfortable, was purchased for a camper van.

Quick delivery of a good product

I purchased a Double Mattress (22cm Deep with Memory foam and 1000 Pocket Springs) to replace an old mattress in the guest bedroom. Ordered on the Friday and delivered on Monday. Not as firm as expected but very comfortable.

Very prompt service

The order was despatched very quickly. The mattress was exactly as described and a perfect fit for our needs. It was wrapped well and opened up to full size very easily.

Great product

Great product. Great price. Customer service poor as wanted to check delivery date and make sure I was not scammed. Not able to contact the company. Thats the only reason 4 star instead of 5. Would buy again from this company as I know it delivers.

Disappointing experience with Starlight

Disappointing experience. Ordered only to query days later when I was getting obscure delivery updates and then learn that the mattress was out of stock. No suggestion of that when I ordered in good faith and at what point would they have told me? They did refund me but when I then reached out to find out what mattresses they did have in stock I heard nothing back. Even tried calling only to go through to a voicemail.

Not particularly comfy

The company itself were reliable, good communication and delivered on time but the quality of the mattress is not very good. It's super soft and I can see it will only be a year or two before my son will feel the springs and we'll need to replace it. I wouldn't recommend this product. I wish I'd spent a bit more now and bought a firmer, better mattress. This mattress is not particularly comfortable at all.

Speedy service…

I ordered a bed after being Starlight Beds was recommended. The description was helpful, I ordered on Friday and had my new mattress on Wednesday. I was updated on my order. The mattress is a good quality.

Terrible company to deal with

Placed an order and less than an hour later I realised it wasn’t required and emailed the company requesting the order be cancelled. This was Friday morning last week, now 6 days later I still have had no response and the phone line is not manned and continually on hold or then hangs up when you do get through. Terrible service, would never order again through this company. I now have a mattress that is sat in a post office 3 hours away from where I live and this company couldn’t care less

Awful don’t bother

Didn’t receive the mattress I ordered, DHL were supposed to be delivering it on Thursday between 17.33-18.33 according to the email and text they sent me, I was in all day, I got another email at 17.58 to say they had tried to deliver it at 14.55 but I didn’t answer. Which is a lie because I have cameras and no one called at 14.55 or any time all day long!! They left no calling card because they lied about it! I emailed and called starlight beds and they didn’t respond to my email, on the phone they said they would look into it and call me back-they didn’t call me back! I called dhl and got an automated voice that was absolutely no help! I went online on dhl and chose to have it delivered again next day- it was not delivered the next day….or the day after that! Had to ring starlight again and this time they said would ring me back in an hour with update, they didn’t ring me back I rang them back after 2 hours, they said my mattress had been taken off the delivery van so wasn’t coming today either but they don’t know why and they can’t send another one because they are made to order!?! Absolutely no help whatsoever - cancelled order had no email to say it’s been cancelled even though they said on the phone would get email

Our mattresses are made to order in our inhouse factory and are shipped out once they are done. You should have received an automated response from our shopify store, with the refund on there, however I am sorry that you did not receive this. Bad customer service and delivery company used (dhl exommenxe)

Ordered a mattress, had constant problems with delivery and the item not turning up. Nobody from this company took ownership to sort it out, left it days before in the end after no calls backs as promised I cancelled the order.
