Who knows if I will receive?!?!
It is now almost two weeks since I placed my order. Have chased it on several occasions and heard nothing back.
I work for a print company so I know for a fact this doesn’t take that long to process it.
The lack of response from the company makes me wish I’d not ordered it but my son had his heart set on ordering it for my wife for Christmas.
I shall not hold my breath on it arriving before then!!

Rough road with happy end
The Product is finde and as advertised. The time from purchase until its arrival in germany took 23 days. Unfortunatly i havemt been send a order confirmation, a bill or a delivery tracking number to follow my purachse at all. After i have got suspicious about if everything here is right i have contacted starnaminggifts via email and explained there my issues but got no response. So i tried the phone number where all i talked to was the mailbox. So my "experience" was very unpleasant!
But again the product is very beautiful and as advertised

Trading standard are being informed!
I ordered a star naming gift at the cost of £38.48 on the 15/01/2024 . It is now 01/02/2024 and as of yet it has not arrived. I have emailed the CEO “Robert Gough “ on several occasions However he has yet to respond. I am extremely disappointed that I did not receive this as it was an anniversary gift. I am worried that I have been scammed .
*edit- it is now 06/02/2024 and as of yet I have not received my order even though i received an email on 24/01/2024 stating the order has been completed and was heading to the courier for delivery. The communication is very poor as I have not received any response to my emails.
*edit it is 07/02/2024 and I still haven’t received my order nor have I received a response to several emails, facebook messenger or the mobile number supplied. If I have not received any satisfactory response or my order by tomorrow morning I will be left with no other option other than to submit a claim with my bank and contact trading. standards .
*Edit 08/02/2024. Still have not received my order and I still have not received any form of communication from this company. Called the mobile number 07828569848 but rang out to voicemail. Looks like I will be contacting my bank and trading standards.

Feroz, this is a not fair or accurate, and we are really disappointed by your feedback. You ordered a personalised product on the 11th November. We state clearly on the website that it usually takes 7-10 days from order to delivery and you are paying for a standard delivery service. Your parcel was with you 9 days after order, and surely you appreciate when something is made to order and personalised it cannot be just left in a warehouse to be shipped immediately. The product to be produced and registered before issue. You say Slow service - you emailed us to chase your order on the 17th November at 13.48pm. I personally responded to you at 14.37, which is 50 minutes later with a response and tracking details. - I dont think it is fair to say the service you received was slow. Unless you are a business like Amazon it is very hard for any small business to get a product personalised, produced dispatched travelled across the country and delivered by courier to you for a £3 delivery charge. Reviews like this affect our business and whilst you are more than entitled to your views. - you also didnt pay attention to the clear message on the checkout page as the first thing you see that said it takes 7-10 days. So is it us that its slow when we delivered inside the advertised and published timescales or is it you that should be more realistic about how long an order takes. Otherwise I point you to Amazon in future who have billions to spend on a courier network of their own. We are a small business and reviews like yours end up costing jobs as we lose future custom because all our customers see is the 2 star review and they dont see the fact that we made it clear 7-10 days is the timescale.

If there was a delay as you claim, where is the email advising your customer that dispatch has been delayed? have you send the item already? where is the tracking number? where is the order dispatch confirmation if I am to be rest assured that it is on its way? I don't understand why you decided not to contact me if you knew that the item is running behind. Instead you decided send me an email asking me to rate you on Trustpilot while being fully aware that you deducted money from my account but never dispatched the item. Thanks.

UPDATE - Marketa - I personally marked your order as completed at 9.32pm on 18th October and this is timestamped and generated a personal "order completed email" to your stated email address at that time. Therefore you could see that the order was being dealt with. I can only guess you missed this? In reference to the payment. We do not deduct money from you as we do not have access to your payment details. You paid for this bespoke personalised purchase through the Stripe Payment Platform. They hold onto the funds until the order has passed 14 days from dispatch. Like any business when you shop online, you have to pay for the goods before they are sent. I dont know many companies that charge you on receipt. We are sorry that you felt that we didnt communicate well enough to you. This certainly isn't the feedback we have from other customers however I will certainly take onboard your feedback and we have added in an additional "delayed dispatch email" that will be used in future to prevent this happening to other customers. My original order didn’t arrive, and I contacted Rob the CEO who was incredible. Sadly, mine had been lost in transit with the courier and Rob quickly ordered a replacement for me and even made the gift more special to make up for my inconvenience. Very highly recommended.
