Still not heard anything about my order and I placed it nearly 2 weeks ago! Emailed.. rang.. and still not received it.

Response to Star Naming Gifts reply - yes I did get a full refund after making a claim with my bank against you! I still got no response as to why I didn’t get my order or even an apology! It’s outrageous that it took so long to get the refund and that I had to make the claim for you to do anything! It still stands that you have terrible customer service, I’ll never recommend or shop with you again

UPDATE - 4 weeks since I placed my order and still not getting any response from this company at all anywhere! Not happy at all, you have basically scammed me and stolen my money!

I’m not happy with the customer service from this company. I placed an order over two weeks ago. It states 5 days on the website. I have emailed multiple times and left a voicemail, no response to any! The only correspondence from this company is to confirm the order. The money was taken the very next day. As I’m getting nowhere with emails I thought you might respond to this. I want a full refund asap and I will never order from here again. I ordered from another company based in the US to get the gift I needed and they delivered within a week. Terrible service considering this is a UK business

I am beyond disgusted at the service I have been given. I ordered an acre of the moon on the 14th February for my partners birthday. I emailed and messaged the company a few times as I never received the item. Then they finally responded and I was told it would be sent out. Then surprise surprise I never received it, to then be told they will upgrade my package and send it out. I have still not received it! The only time I ever get a response is when I write a review on here. I would not recommend this company at all.

On 24th March 2022, I ordered (number 4128) an acre of the moon as a symbolic gesture for my granddaughter's 16th Birthday. I advised on the order that I would need the product by the 12th April, as it was a gift. I did receive an acknowledgement and a receipt from Paypal but nothing further. I appreciate that there is a statement to say that delivers may be delayed due to the pandemic and shortage of drivers etc but I have not even received any further communication to say it's ready for dispatch. I have tried to contact the company through the contact form on the website, through Facebook messenger, by telephone, by email and even through SMS. To be honest the customer service is appalling. My granddaughters birthday has now passed. Obviously she got another nice gift but that is not the point. I feel that this company is very quick to process your payment but not to deliver the goods. If I could give this company minus stars, they would get top marks. Avoid or use another company. I wish I had

I’ve had enough now, this is such a scam! I purchased an acre of the moon on the 14th feb and still not received I have emailed and made contact number ours times! Still nothing!!!! I can’t get a refund as paid by bank not PayPal! I am disgusted with the company!

There are quite a few companies that do star naming and I did look at the feedback for this company on Trustpilot, which was a bit concerning, as there seemed to be quite a few that were complaining about gifts not arriving on time, although equally, it did appear that they had pulled it back at the last minute by making sure deliveries did arrive on time. This may have put me off had it not been for the product that I did end up ordering, which I loved and wasn't available in such a lovely manner elsewhere - a case of the product speaking for itself! To be fair, they did warn on their website that deliveries may be delayed due to Royal Mail etc. I decided to attach a note to my order stating that if they couldn't deliver it by a specific date, to let me know so I could make alternative arrangements. I didn't hear anything so assumed it would arrive in time, but as the date approached, I didn't receive any emails to let me know that it had been dispatched either. I emailed and phoned to chase a couple of times but heard nothing, so was amazed to find that the CEO of the company personally delivered my order at 4.30am on the date requested!! Ultimately, I was extremely impressed and grateful that once they realised their oversight, they went above and beyond to keep me happy, which they did. I love the gift also - it's the wording on the certificate that gets me!

Not revieved this 3 weeks later ??? No communication

I have not received my order still.

I keep emailing to chase up the order as it has missed the delivery window / it was a birthday gift which was supposed to arrive before or on the 9th and it's 17th now.

I'm disappointed as I thought it would be the perfect gift for my niece.

As I keep emailing to find out what is happening I have only heard back once and nothing since.

Was very happy that my Starnaming gift arrived just in time for Christmas - was getting rather concerned that it wouldn’t!

The company have since my review been in touch with a sincere apology and a refund for my parcel straight away with the hope my parcel will still arrive but even with the late arrival the refund is appreciated I will re order something for my dad Christmas present now. Thank you.

Unfortunately I cannot give a true review on the product as it still hasn’t arrived yet!

Looks like as it’s Christmas Eve now that it won’t arrive in time for Christmas either, so my dad is without his present I am so disappointed, I fully appreciate and expect some delays however there’s been no update on how many days late it’s going to be.

My parcel was delayed. Nothing to do with company. They kept me updated and chased the deliver on my behalf. The gift was exceptional and so well presented

I purchased an Acre on the Moon as a Christmas Gift. I got the Premium Package for my Daughter Natalie. I think she will love it. It is packaged very nicely and I am so happy, as I also will not need to wrap it as the Gift Box is very nice. It arrived within a few days of ordering it. thanks

The idea is good but unfortunately not worth the stress especially if you are shopping for something like Christmas. I ordered mine on the 7th December well before the cut off date and was having to chase up a couple of times with my last 2 messages not responded to. Original email for delivery was showing dispatched on 13th and should arrive on 16th. But upon contacting them on 16th as it hadn't arrived yet, I was told the dispatch was 16th. Delivery arrived today 22nd December. For the cost of delivery, they could have picked a better delivery service provider.
Definitely won't be shopping here again or recommending this to friends/family unless I plan on buying something 2 months in advance. Even then, I don't think its worth the hassle.

I am yet to receive my order, I have messaged, e-mailed and called with no response, This is a Christmas present can you please update me on my order please ?! I have not even received a Hermes tracking number and product was ordered well before the Xmas cut off which was stated on your website.
