I will learn from this - absolute con. Make extreme claims in an advert - too good to be true really. Charge an affordable but reassuringly expensive a price and send a cheap monocular thats worth very little to fulfill the order - and then don't accept any returns. I know when I return it I won't receive a refund , everyone says the same. This is theft!

Very cheaply made, the advertising video on YouTube is a scam, you can't see no way near what the add is showing you don't buy

I accidentally ordered 3. How? God only knows, I definitely thought I’d ordered 1. On trying to complete their online forms to alter the order (immediately). - I ended up going round in circles. The form kept saying that an error had occurred when submitting. That “*this field needs to be completed “ . ALL fields WERE completed. I tried multiple times. The phone number is not recognised. I emailed them directly, but got no response. 10.7.23

Crooks ?!?!?!
Why in hell did I order this device ? Even better, 3 of them !
I returned them in the next days but 3 months later I am still waiting to be refunded…
Any advice ?

I received it a couple weeks ago. Piece of junk. I filled out a return form online but they never responded. Oh well, I should have known better. At least it was only a $70 mistake. You get what you pay for.

This company is selling a product by misrepresenting the quality and function of the product. I am not stupid but I clicked on their ad. First mistake. I began to read their description of the star scope and instead doing some outside research I went deeper into the website. It's a trap. Before you know what you have done you have agreed to buy it. I used pay pal but I never completed the full purchase process that I am accustomed to when buying something on line. The website is confusing and constantly offering another discount to keep you there. My fault completely. But it is a dishonest process. It's intentional. The product is a cheap toy and nothing close to what the seller says it is. I immediately tried to cancel the purchase using the process offered by the website. Useless. They do not respond as stated. I filed a complaint with PayPal but I could not stop the purchase process. I received the product. As expected it was something you might buy for your six year old at the dollar store. I sent it back at my expense today. I'll bet getting a refund will be another game played by this company.

Today, 2/13/23, I received confirmation via PayPal that the seller has agreed to refund my purchase price. Thanks to PayPal once I opened a claim with them the seller, who had ignored my direct attempts at resolution, began to respond through PayPal. PayPal has handled the complaint on my behalf. I am surprised and pleased at this resolution. Ultimately it cost me $28 to return the Starscope products. My advice....use PayPal or another payment service and before you buy....and remember "Buyer Beware".

This company needs investigating and closing down. Do not buy!
Poor quality products. I returned my parcel as they claim they offer full refunds - they don’t! They kept my money and the product!!! I returned the goods at considerable cost as it’s an oversees address. They have had £120 of my money… Will be contacting my bank to claw back money.

Hope I knew this page (trustpilot) exists would have not been robbed!
Bought one as a Xmas present for my son, which never arrived.
They are thieves! Don't buy!
What is above written was written by me some days ago ¿a week or two? and rated them with 1 star. Today (Jan 20/23) I have to change my experience to 3, as they wrote to me and sent me a new monocular for "free".
True that my son will not have it for Xmas present, but will get it.
Will wait it's arrival, but at least they were honest enough to contact and send a new one.

Terrible service. Ordered 2 items. Wanted to return one. Repeated requests were ignored. All my emails bounced back as undeliverable. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THIS IS A SCAM.
They DO NOT stand behind their claim of quality customer service. I've been had!! Don't make my mistake.

Terrible company! I placed an order for their scopes on Dec. 1 as Xmas gifts. It took a phone call to get a tracking number even after several emails saying they were on their way & I could track my order. The first couple wks. every time we looked at the tracking info it said they were waiting for a label! When that message hadn't changed by Dec. 20 we sent an email to cancel our order. We continued to get emails saying they were on their way even though the tracking continued to say otherwise. After sending several emails telling them the tracking did NOT say they were on their way we asked to cancel our order. Since they charged us back in early Dec. & they continued to tell us our order was coming even thought we had canceled the order, we finally contacted our credit card company to have them not accept the charge. They did that & have recovered the money from the company. We continued to get emails saying our scopes were on their way & and we actually received them on Jan. 5 even though we had canceled & our credit card company actually got their money back. We refused the order & the post office will return the scopes. What an incompetent company this is!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!

Only very stupid people buy this product, so i say well deserved to lose your money.

If I could give this place a negative score I would. The product is maybe a 2 out of 5 With cheap pili plastic but the thing that really made me mad was the customer service. After looking at the ridiculous shipping time I ordered The exact same product from them on Amazon and spoke to customer service about returning that one when I received it and they said “ yeah that should be no problem “ then when I got it and actually tried to return it and get my refund they refused to even tell me how to go about doing that because information wasn’t on their website. they have been absolutely refusing to talk to me about anything other than giving me a discount on my next purchase for the past two weeks! they are honestly an untrustworthy selfish SCAM, trust the reviews and your gut and do not purchase from them.

I paid £46.00 to Starscope and have not received anything except for an automated confirmation. This company is a scam and they cannot give me my refund. They steal people's money under the guise of a good products, yet they are just a bunch of scammers.

I would give them zero stars if I could. Do not buy from this company- all if the negative reviews are absolutely true! They take your money and never send your product- stay away!

Email the bbb. It took me a month to get my package. The bbb sent them 2 letters. They are very helpful.

I fell for it too.. Didn’t even think to look on Trustpilot, as when I queried best monocular online Starscope came up first and I thought great!
Item arrived quickly but it’s rubbish, lightweight, cheap plastic and no better at helping me see things farther away than my own eyesight.
Messaged company to ask to return, they sent me a message back saying Hope I’m enjoying my product and then nothing.
Was supposed to be a main Christmas present for my son but now it’s just a very expensive stocking filler!
Stick to Amazon and stay away from these thieves.

We received the monoculars just fine. The claims are completely bogus. These aren't even worth $10. They will not take them back. I have emailed many times. They are dishonest charlatans!

Wow! What a bunch of scammers! I ordered 2 starscopes from this fraudulent cie and never received anything; the order was placed on Sept. 19-20 2022, only received automated messages stating that my enquiry was being processed and then nothing...I noticed the New Jersey BBB (formal complaint) and warned Visa about these thieves.

DO NOT BUY! Initially intended to purchase the monocular, but was BOMBARDED with extra offers throughout the process. Finally settled on the monocular and phone camera mount bundle with the enticement of free shipping. Paid in full - with itemised receipt. Received the monocular and have now been dealing with their pathetic customer service for the past three months in the effort to obtain the rest of my order. Was also charged for shipping!!!!

Monocular isn’t as shown in photos - poor quality. Worth about $15.
