Never got the product, or no update. Took the money though. My grandson been waiting a month.

WARNING!!!!! I purchased a starscope monocular a few months ago. After a huge run-a-round and them IGNORING my calls and e-mails, I finally got it after several months, but when I got it, it was broken--pieces fell out of the package, and you can ONLY see MAYBE 20 feet more than the worst binoculars==NO 10x!!!!!!! or miles of sight, which they FRAUDULANTLY claim. They say there is a return policy, but problem is they CONVENIENTLY cannot be contacted!!!!! DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM-you WILL get ripped off!!!!

Starscope and the promo with it is a blatant hoax. I ordered 2 which arrived timely. But, the 10X feature is not true. Well made, but no 10X at all. Very disappointed at the dishonesty and waste of my money.

I have not bought one yet but would like to.
What proof do I have that reviews on 'Trustpilot' are indeed valid? I did one at 3/5; so as not to change the present setting if I could.

How can I be assured that the product & company 'Starscope' responsable?

Will not return email of phone messages for return instructions. Thieves in my book.

ordered and paid for a Starscope Monocular nearly 2 months ago….

Had more than 12 emails now, promising All Sorts of things…. Even one saying they could find No Record of my Order…..

when I ordered the Starscope, they tried to take the payment 3 times during the transaction!!!!!!!!

DO NOT HAVE ANY CONTACT WITH THEM…..

Ordered the scope 6-6-22. No verification email sent to me with order number. Have called 3 times leaving my info! Nothing.!!!! Got an email to fill out information, name, phone, address. It says when they receive it they will respond!! Email is unable to send!!! No surprise from these scammers!! Took my money and got nothing, no help, no respect, no accountability!! Wonder how much money they have scammed out of people!?! Will be filing BBB complaint, ,Attorney General…

Meine Bestellung kam an, ich hab’s mir jedoch anders überlegt und wollte das Paket UNGEOFFNET zurückschicken, musste den Versand selber zahlen. Der Customer Service antwortet jedoch nicht mehr und mein Geld hab ich auch noch nicht zurück bekommen, also die reinste Abzocke. Finger lassen davon!

I ordered three starscope telescopes. When I received the order, I changed my mind and sent the package back (had to pay for the return myself) and then I sent them proof of the return, but they never answered me and I never got my refund. Do not buy from this website. I think they are a scam.

Disgusted - this item is rubbish! Took ages to arrive, phone attachment didn't fit. Adverts should be taken off the Internet!

There is not a star low enough for this product - scam to get your money. I ordered 3 for Christmas presents and never received - spent over $140.00 for them. Every time I tried to in touch with someone they sent generic email and offered me 50% off to spend some more money on product that they do not ship. They should be shut down

Absolutely dreadful. Had to buy one just for a laugh! I’m glad I wasn’t expecting what they said it was. False advertising. False everything. Steer clear people! I didn’t even want to give this 1 star as it deserves nothing. What a sham “company”!

This Company/Product is a SCAM!
You'll never reach a customer service rep to speak to about your order and as others have stated you'll get a computer-generated run around. So forget about the full refund customer satisfaction that they claim!
The product itself is miss represented and of low quality. A co-packer out of NJ fulfills their orders, they are not a true company. If you look for the Starscope address on their website, you'll find none nor a customer service phone number it's truly a shady operation.

I ordered 4 Starscope more then 2 weeks before Christmas. They guaranteed I'd have them before Christmas. They never came yet they took my money from my account. It's January 20 and still go Starscope or answers. How can I get my money back? Do I have to call Better Business Bureau?

As monoculare it‘s perfect and you see really things which with without you have no idea they are there. I can see if in my neighbors house more then 1 km distant someone opens a window or leave the house.
You can completely forget to attach it to a smartphone, I think it’s impossible to use it for photography but to spy animals in the wilderness it’s good enough.

So Julie I followed your link and guess what? None of the buttons work and when I call your number it says you are too busy and hangs up. Will get my money back through the bank

Steer clear of this company, I haven't even received my package, I have been sent a message to say I have to pay for it to be delivered
Contacted the company, they say they are not responsible for important taxes even though that's what the site says. Ordered this 6 weeks ago. Wish I done it through Amazon, the I would of been protected.

I only wish I could have given them a minus, I bought a starscope minocula for my partner as he is a keen photographer, what I got was not as advertised, a crappy telescope that doesn't even line up with the camera on your phone!! Don't buy, I've complained directly but not been offered a alternative or refund, charlatans and con artists!!

Nowt more than a cheap monocular, we want a refund, where do we go to get one
