Customer Service Lacking
I ordered 4 Starscope monocular scopes and 1 cellphone adaptor for Christmas gifts 2021. The scopes did eventually arrive a day before Christmas but I did not receive the one telephone adaptor with the order.
From Christmastime until Feb 2022, I kept getting the same weekly note from Customer Service stating if they didn't hear from me again, they would close my complaint and decide "I" had resolved the issue. Each time, I informed them they needed to continue searching their delivery information for the answer.
This same level of communication went on weekly with my response the same each time: "... the issue had not been resolved."
Finally, the first of February this year I got a note that they never sent the adaptor "due to funds decline" and that I would need to reorder. My full debit card amount (including the funds for the adaptor) had been deducted from my account back in December 2021 so where was the adaptor or the money?
The customer service lacked customer concern.They continually complained they were short staffed and had no answer re: customer funds already sent to them.
I add my comment to all the dissatisfied customers' service already expressed by so many.

Absolute joke of a company
Absolute joke of a company. I ordered before Christmas...it didn't come. I sent numerous emails to cancel and request a refund all of which were replied to with standard non personal emails asking me to be patient and "here's a discount off other products to make up for our failings" It still hasn't arrived but they are seeing they posted it so nothing I can do... absolutely furious. DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY!

It is disgracefully advertised as a telescope when it clearly isn't.

Buyer beware.
Horrible company. I ordered early December. Item still had not been sent after Christmas so I canceled the order. Numerous times. Tons of emails back and forth with either a computer generated reply or a total moron. I received the order the last week of January. I immediately returned it (at my expense). I am now being told my refund (if it ever comes) will deduct postage for them sending the product that I canceled long before they mailed it. TOTAL RIP-OFF.

If I could give them no stars I would have done. The order didn't arrive by Christmas so I contacted them to cancel it - many times. Each time an automated response. Then I raised a case with paypal. I told paypal I no longer wanted the item, but the firm immediately sent the item. It eventually arrived and so paypal have denied my request. I am now faced with paying over £10 to return the order to Holland and have no faith that I will get my money back. Maybe this time paypal will be more helpful.

Do not deal with this company, take money and don’t send product for two months past gift date, despite telling not to and not authorised taking payment and send automated responses….crooks still not got money back two months later …..website is full of lies and fails promises ….no customer service now got solicitor involved….stay clear don’t want others experiencing this ….do not give them your money !

This company is hopeless. Bought a Starscope Monocular as a gift before Christmas and the blurb on the website said it could be used with Smart phones. When it arrived, the info leaflet with the item said the phone clip had to be bought separately. Misleading blurb then!! I contacted the company pointing out that the info on their website was misleading and asking them to send me a phone clip. This was on December 28. Initially they told me they had no record of my order. I sent their email in which they confirmed delivery of the item to me and which included an order number!! Since then I have had a stream of automated emails which have, variously, apologised; told me they are working on my query; told me my query had been resolved and they were closing the ticket; taking my complaint seriously; offering me discounts on other products 'to put the matter right'. It doesn't seem to matter how many times I reply to tell them they have not solved the problem, the automated emails just keep coming. I would advise anyone not to buy from this company. And, judging by the huge number of BAD reviews other buyers, they think the same. This company is a joke!

Constant SMS messages
My order has arrived, my husband is happy with the product. I am not happy with the constant SMS messages to my landline, 4 before 9.45 on a Sunday morning, I have been in touch with the company and they stopped for a while but have started again.

This company has absolutely no customer service other than automated responses. It is impossible to get a return authorized or speak to an actual person. I highly recommend not purchasing from this company as delivery is extremely sketchy and trying to return the product seemingly impossible. I am going to try to get a refund from my credit card company and recommend they not accept charges to this company.

Worse then a one. Can’t get anything from them but stupid blanket statements. I have asked repeatedly to have my order to be canceled and for a refund to my credit card be issued but nothing. And no product. I can’t imagine that what they are selling is anything but cheap junk. And I agree that Amazon should be ashamed that they are allowing this to happen. I tired writing a review on their site only to have it turned down. I guess getting charged for something and still not having a month later is ok with Amazon.

We bought a Starscope Monocular Telescope for Xmas. It is very disappointing and is not how it is advertised at all. Their Advertising hypes it up and it does NOT do what they say it can do. Believe me, your mobile phone has better magnification. They say there is a 100% money back guarantee if you're not happy. Well let me tell you, once they've got your money they won't let it go. I have emailed them asking for a return and refund address and they keep sending me a generic letter saying how COVID has affected the whole world and I'm an important customer blah, blah, blah, same letter every time and still my question has not been answered 2 weeks later!!!! Guess what, it's difficult to find their address too, they keep that very much hidden. I am a persistent person so I will continue trying to get a refund. I paid through PayPal so will be chatting to them soon.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Company ignored cancellation even tho it was done way prior to shipping. Ignored contacts and phone # hangs up on you. Horrible scam. Multiple canned responses which fail to address cancellation. Then it appears cancellation and refund take forever if it ever even happens. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
