The worst customer service ever

The worst customer service ever! We ordered Starscopes as several gifts on Dec. 11th 2021 totaling $357.88. They never arrived. I’ve been asking customer service to call me but always just get a computerized message in return saying they will look into my order. I want my money back! So dissatisfied and think this company is a scam!!

I ordered a Starscope in November 2021…

I ordered a Starscope in November 2021 for my husband's birthday gift. It did not arrive, so I decided he could have it as a Christmas gift... it did not arrive. It is now 16 January and still no parcel nor tracking number.
How can I claim my money back? I tried contacting them I just get a computerized reply. Very disappointed.

SCAM- Horrible customer service, cheap product

SCAM- took way to long to receive. Tried to cancel multiple times as they were Christmas gifts and were going to arrive way after Christmas. Never could get a hold of anyone. Product showed up in mid January and now I don't even know if I can actually return this. Best case I can and I have to pay shipping back.

Ordered 2 scopes

Ordered 2 scopes, never received. Requested a refund and am STILL receiving form letters saying "high volume ... we'll get back to you" . Requested a refund through my credit card.

DO NOT BUY. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM.

Non-responsive company

I ordered a monocular starscope on December 5 and it still was not delivered by Dec. 19. I emailed them on Dec. 20 (could not find a phone number) and they said they were waiting on a tracking number from the courier. I then asked them to cancel my order since they had not shipped it yet because this was a Christmas gift and I was getting a replacement gift elsewhere. On Dec. 22, 24, Jan. 3, they said they had a high volume of requests and could not respond, or that they were working on it and would get in touch with me. To each email, I responded back saying please simply cancel my order. On January 13, they delivered it to me anyway, completely ignoring my many requests to cancel. Do not order from this company!

BUYER BEWARE, THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM

I ordered 2 of these starscopes from this company. This is a SCAM to get your money. I did receive the scopes, which are not even worth $5.00 Made in China. I could of gone to the Dollar Store and got plastic binoculars and seen much better with them. I have tried several times to call and you get a recording, I have emailed several more time and I get the same reply they are working on it. It takes time. Just a big run around that goes no where. All I am asking for is a return address and my money back. If they can send me an email why can’t they send me the return address. According to all the reviews they have scammed a lot of people. I will keep trying and not give up until I get my money back. It is really a shame how they get away with this and nothing is done. I will also be emailing the BBB to file a complaint. They don’t even deserve 1 Star. When you place your order they don’t hesitate to take your money, but when you need to get in touch with them they make it really difficult. BUYER BEWARE YOU WILL GET SCAMMED.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service, you can't even talk to a real person. I placed an order on Dec. 16, on Dec. 24, I received an email saying we will inform you when the order ships. Today Jan 11, they tell me they have no info of my purchase of $163. Funny how they have no info but they have my email address with all my purchasing information and order #. I am demanding a refund and getting no where

If this had a no star option I would…

If this had a no star option I would use it. I ordered this off of a Facebook ad in November. I probably should have known better than to order it that way. I never have gotten the product and have continuously requested my refund. I get immediate form letters about how they have a high volume of customers and that it is being escalated to the right person. I really think that I fell for a SCAM and that I have just given away my money. Buyers beware of this company.

One big scam

starscope monocular Is a scam company

starscope monocular Is a scam company, i made my purchase for 2 units, they took my money and replied that i will be receiving a tracking number soon, but nothing happened. I contacted them, they replied with 21 emails o a copy & paste of each email saying they are working to resolve the situation, that took a month. Then i disputed the charge with my credit card and got my money back. I forgot to mention that they also charged me another $27.00 i don’t know what for. please report them any way possible

Horrendous Company!!

Horrendous company to deal with! I placed an order weeks before Christmas, payment was taken but I have received NO goods. Been emailing continually regarding a refund - the company are not cooperating!! Worst online shopping experience I have had!

Do not buy this POS!!!

If I could give this POS a -10 stars I would. It is not as advertised. I’ve been dealing with their so called customer service since the day it arrived in the mail, about 10 days ago, all I wanted is the address to mail the POS back to and get refund, as of now all I’ve received is a bunch of BS emails saying they’re working on my request. Do not buy this POS!!! The add says it’s 10 x magnification the one I received says right on it 8x it’s not very clear, I can see better with my naked eyes. The phone mount will just barely fit an IPhone 12 with a case on it, and then you have to fight to get it off and on!!! I hope this helps someone, do not buy!!!

SCAM SCAM SCAM

SCAM SCAM SCAM. Ordered 1 and they billed me for 2 plus postage. Attempted to cancel order but was bombarded with auto generated emails. (15 in one week). All phone enquires get "office closed" response or robot recording saying send an email to ask for cancellation! Eventually got through on phone numbers for Australia, USA, and New Zealand. All diverted to Phillipines call centre that cannot find your order number or says the order is on hold and wait for an email from the company. Delaying tactics so you either give up or they even send the items you attempted to cancel. In any case they keep your money. Scammed out of $156.00

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! They will take your money and not send you the product. When you try and contact their non-existant customer service, you can only email and can't get a legitimate response to any inquiry including if and when they might actually send you the product you ordered. Instead, they bombard you with boilerplate emails that give you canned excuses. You will NEVER get an actual response to any question and then they have the audacity to try and get you to buy additional products at a gift "discount" just for you! Nothing but a sham company!

SCAM BEWARE FRAUDULENT COMPANY

They promised quick shipping a month before Christmas. When I realized the product was not coming I contacted them for a refund. That was half a month ago. Someone named "Marwa" communicates occasionaly. She did not not when order would be sent originally and now claims she can not refund but will send to the "department" that handles it. Still waiting...
