Terrible decision using STARTRADER

This past weekend i was profitable so as anyone would I tried to withdraw my funds. After successfully withdrawing some small amounts I tried to withdrawal the whole amount but it was “rejected” so the first thing I did was email back that was 4 days ago. I’ve heard no email back. So I thought if I use live chat I can get some clarification of how long things will take. May as well talk to the wall because there’s no clear answers. Just get responses like “please be patient while our team reviews your account” no timeframe. No help. I’ve used live chat probably 5 plus times to see what’s happening so I’m able to withdraw my funds but it’s just the same reply every time. And after reading reviews on here I wish I never used this company. They don’t give you withdrawals when you make successful trades. It’s just blocked for weeks by the sound of it with no answer apart from “reviewing my account” I’m not hopeful that I will get my account unsuspended. Now live chat won’t even work. They don’t respond to emails and I’ve lost my money. STAY CLEAR

Avoid StarTrader – Negligence and No Support, Pathetic.
I strongly advise against using StarTrader LLC. On 12-February-2026, my multiple copy trading accounts were liquidated because their platform failed to execute stop-loss orders, even though they were configured correctly. This caused me losses of $1,000 and $500.
Their customer support is pathetic — I have been emailing them for over a month with no response. The company is clearly ignoring its responsibilities and dragging out the matter without any accountability.
Do not use StarTrader. Their platform is unreliable, and you risk losing your money with no support.
