Star Trader simply blocked my…
Star Trader simply blocked my withdrawals and account trading. I haven't been able to withdraw my $985 for several weeks now. They've been ignoring me via email, and chat support keeps saying the same thing, claiming they're reviewing something, even though there's nothing to review.
This is clearly fraudulent behavior on the part of a regulated broker, and I'll be contacting the regulator to resolve this situation soon. This is insane. I don't recommend this broker.

I did trades on day 1, made profit, tried withdrawal, it got rejected.
I did trades in Gold, 0.05 lots as price moved, opened more until breakout, made a profit riding the movement, tried my first withdrawal before continuing, they rejected my request! Now I have to chase through my payment.
Response 1: I just turtled a price movement. I asked beforehand to your live chat whether there is anything that is against me opening any position in gold as far as the margin allows and they said there is zero problems with that. You are making me suffer the first moment I tried to withdraw. Shame on your company. I could have worked with you for decades if you were a legitimately proper company. Your terms are like prepared by Borat. "we hold every rights, you have zero right, in case you are right, we are right"
