Startrader a scam do not trust
I submitted a withdrawal request on 9th February and as of 24th February — 15 days later — I still do not have my money. I have contacted customer service repeatedly and was told every single time it takes 3-7 business days. We are now more than double that timeframe with absolutely nothing to show for it.
When I escalated, they shifted the blame entirely onto my bank, claiming they cannot locate the ARN code or the funds. Convenient. They are now demanding “additional proof” from my bank before they will do anything — yet they cannot provide me with any solid evidence that the funds were ever actually sent in the first place.
This is not how a legitimate financial platform operates. A real broker can provide transaction confirmation, timestamps, and transfer records immediately. Instead I am being bounced between their support team and my bank with zero accountability on their side.
My money is sitting somewhere unaccounted for and they are doing nothing to locate it. I have lodged a formal complaint and will be escalating this to the relevant financial regulators.
Do not deposit money with this platform until they can demonstrate they can process withdrawals reliably

. Took around 10 trades with proper risk management. Made a profit of 1230 usdt.
Startrader has eaten away all my profit and now they are telling me to take withdrawal of 210 usdt.
They have annuled my entire profit 1230 usdt without a bloody reason.
All trades were legitimate, normal trades and i have screenshots to prove that.
