The advisor who tells you what you need to hear, not what you want to hear
Ed doesn't tell you what you want to hear. He tells you what you need to hear. And if you're a founder, that's worth more than anything.
I came into our last session stuck — no demos, unclear positioning, and a growing sense that I was building a nice-to-have instead of a must-have. In one conversation, Ed reframed my entire strategy, pointed me toward tools I already had access to, and gave me a concrete next step.
This isn't generic startup advice. Ed listens, asks the right questions, and meets you exactly where you are. Three years into building my company, his guidance has shaped some of my most important pivots.
If you're serious about building something real, get time with Ed. You won't regret it.
You need to Join
This has and is the best platform if you want to build a startup Handsdown. The content the access to resoiurces and the learnings is something you going to need when you are building something. I wish I had this a year ago and glad to have found it.
Startups.com provides the honest feedback, guidance and help you need to scale, fundraise, build.
The Startups.com community has been nothing short of incredible. Great leaders that provide hands-on feedback, insights and guidance from being in the trenches.
They are there to help and give back. I recommend Startups.com to any entrepreneurs/ CEOs and Founders.
Support that actually meets founders where they are
Startups.com came into my life at a time when I truly needed support, and it turned out to be more than just helpful—it really helped stabilize things for me. Having access to the right resources and advice really made a difference. I was finally able to take a step back, think clearly, and make solid decisions instead of just struggling to get by. That kind of backing really can change how you go about building your business.
What I really like about the platform is that it doesn’t look down on founders or push the idea of hustling just for the sake of it. The tools, framework, and community are tailored to where you're actually at, rather than some unrealistic expectation of where you think you should be.
I’m truly thankful for this experience and would definitely recommend Startups.com to other founders who appreciate clarity, practicality, and being treated like an adult who's building something meaningful.
One of the greatest startup resources out there
I joined Startups.com for the community, but stayed for the outstanding resources across startup fundraising, legal, sales, and general advice. The advisors at Startups.com are some of the best in the business - I would recommend them to any new or experienced founder across any industry.
Everyone has been upstanding and extremely helpful
Everyone has been fantastic, I had conversations with Ryan Graham who is a stand up gentleman, I spoke with Justin for a minute with some 1:1 after a zoom orientation he was amazing help and Ed, man Ed is amazing at what he does, his attention to detail is perfection at its finest.
I wish I had known about this service…
I wish I had known about this service ages ago! This knowledge base of founders and the education available is invaluable. Even though I've been a founder before, it was under different circumstances where I didn't need to know the process or lingo for acquiring funds. If you've been bouncing around different YouTube videos or angel investor sites that are always selling you access to their investors without any support, than look now further!
The best team there is
Ed, Will, Justin and the team has given me more value per dollar than anyone else in the startup space.
We have been getting much better reception for our startup because of their resources. They build the fundamentals with you and then give you tailored advice.
Love it.
A transformational community for founders at every stage
I joined Startups.com 17 months ago and can honestly say it’s been one of the most valuable networks I’ve ever been part of. From idea validation to pitch deck creation and investor outreach, the insights and feedback I’ve received have directly shaped the success of my company, NutriSelect.ai.
Since March 2025, I’ve also had the privilege of serving as an advisor, leading workshops on breaking into the health and wellness industry. The founder community here is collaborative, generous, and genuinely invested in helping each other grow.
Through Startups.com, I’ve built meaningful connections that have supported our fundraising, technology development, and go-to-market strategy.
If you’re a founder looking for expert guidance, accountability, and a real community that delivers results, this is where you want to be.

I've had a couple of conversations that…
I've had a couple of conversations that actually helped me do things. Not "pie in the sky" ideas, but actual hands-on, practical advise to get leads or improve capabilities. From real people, not algorithms.
Valuable Community for Realistic Entrepreneurs
I've been part of Startups.com for about two months now, and the thing that stands out most is the community.
It's genuinely helpful to go through this entrepreneurial journey alongside other like-minded people who are dealing with the same ups and downs—you don't feel so isolated.
If you're on the fence, I'd say join for the community and the real connections. The discussions and support I've found there have already been valuable.
That said, a fair note: we're in a time when starting a company is easier and cheaper than ever. For 90%+ of founders, bootstrapping is the better (and often only realistic) path, and most of the VC-funded "marketing" hype just isn't relevant to the average business. Startups.com keeps things practical and grounded, no matter which route you're taking.
Wishing you all the best on your own journey to build something unique. If you're looking for a solid group of fellow founders, this is a great place to start.

My experience has been great
My experience has been great! Recently, I’ve had limited engagement due to major project deadlines causing a conflict. The Startups team has been very supportive and encouraging reaching out periodically with positive messages and reminders. As a result, I am now circling back and reengaging and looking forward to maximizing my subscription and the services.
A great space to grow and give back
What I’ve enjoyed most about Startups.com is the opportunity to share my experience as a founder. I originally joined to learn from other entrepreneurs and the community leaders, but I soon realized that most members are also learners — many of them first-time founders figuring things out in real time.
That shift gave me a different kind of value: contributing my perspective as a 7-time founder. Sharing what I’ve learned forces me to reflect, organize my thoughts, and stay up to date with the latest startup trends — which I can then pass on to others. It’s a rewarding loop of learning, sharing, and growing alongside a motivated community.
Love the service
Love the service. The value you get for what your paying is incredible. If you're a first time founder, this service will save you so much time.
The Resource I Wish I’d Had When I Started
I wish Startups.com existed during my earlier ventures!
The combination of shared founder experiences, practical guidance, and supportive community has been invaluable.
The advice, courses, and real conversations with other founders make this journey feel less lonely — and far more strategic.
The advice provided is great
The advice provided is great. I’m getting clear, actionable steps to take on growing my company. Connections are amazing, meeting a ton of new people in the community that help each other.
Community, Education, and Experience
Startups.com is a great environment for founders to grow and interact with others that are walking through similar entrepreneurial journeys in life. The biggest draw for me is the community which provides direction and support through the challenges of being a founder. Furthermore, the knowledge available from season entrepreneurs is highly valuable. Every founder needs a network, and Startups.com is a great place to make connections and build meaningful founder relationships.
