Don’t go anywhere near this site, take your money and don’t pay when you Win, stay away! I can’t stress it enough, bunch of crooks, stay with safer sites that are regulated and honest-ish, or better still don’t gamble at all, find a different outlet!

This Company should not be trading as they take your money straight away however when you request a withdrawal that is when the issues start. I am owed £550.00 and there is no chance i will see that. Gave this site 5 stars before but I see now why you have so many bad reviews no bonus after 200 pound still up but will leave well alone and won't be using again from now on

A nightmare getting winnings withdrawn avoid

Interesting reading many of the reviews here, withdrew some money (mainly what I lost, slightly up) and lo and behold , verification documents needed. OK, that’s fair, but a nightmare to load up. It asked me for photo id and a selfie, which I did straight away, and a green tick next to it, but also I noticed in account settings , it wanted my card with middle digits blocked out. I have uploaded that, but it’s still pending. I have written an email. But 3 days I have to wait for a reply. And now I can see a loophole that if they reject that and I have to upload it again time goes on. No live chat, no customer service . Everything seems not quite fair. So I would Approach with caution, will update if/when I get my payment , but poor service. They take your money fast enough but you then have to verify yourself before paying out. It should be verified before even playing if that’s the case (bet that would be faster). And I think that should be taken up with the gambling commission. Take screen shots of everything, with your user name would be my advice here. But 1 star is all I’m willing to give at present.

Do not play here, impossible to upload documents, no customer service no one to talk to, I gamble a lot and this site is by far the worst site I’ve ever been on, I’ve forwarded my experience to the gaming commission, also a refund for my deposits as they help my money and would not release.

The worst site I’ve ever played £50 bonus and had to play over £3000 and won £600 overall then they only gave £100 and rest was removed, had no contact by email to close account, avoid !!!

Has anyone actually successfully withdrawn from this website? I have attempted to withdraw some money and they are requesting paypal documentation. One of the options you physically cant do through paypal. They are asking for your debit card showing the debit card numbers on paypal, which is an impossible thing to do through paypal. I have sent numerous emails and have heard nothing....

Joke company, asks for passport upload but never works. Emailed 3 times last 2 days no response or online chat. Won 1.1k and they aren't paying up. Avoid, as soon as I hopefully collect my winnings I'll be closing my account.

ZERO stars! I deposited twice and got match up bonus, when playing with times I would use real money then when I was in bonus money it would pop up and tell me, either way I won nothing however, my third deposit today and a match up bonus when playing I won a few bonus rounds early on with my real money and know it was my real money and no pop up. I won up to nearly 3k and all of a sudden my balance was wiped to 70 pound. I checked the terms and conditions which state bonus have a 65× wager and capped at 75 pound which is a joke as a depositing player however none of this bonus money was used for any of the winnings how is that fair?

This its scam i send planti email for last 3 months and none one answer, they hawe my money in the account and I cant play or withdraw money. I deposited easily. I won. Then it got complicated.
Despite my worry about getting my winnings. £350.00, after contacting the company they helped me sort it within a week.
A bit different from usual sites for roulette that I'm used to. The companies response was quick.
