If I could leave zero stars or minus I would!
Finally managed to verify my account after take 3 extra days with my bank card been unverified twice before! Even though it looks exactly the same as there example.
Then my £650 withdrawal went from pending for 4 days to back into my playing account! I have withdrawn it again yesterday and it’s still pending so guessing I’ve got to wait the 72hours AGAIN!!
If I’m actually lucky enough to get MY winnings verification and withdrawal would have taken well over a week. AVOID!

My experience with Starwins gambling site has been utterly deceiving and rigged I believe!!!
I have played their slots machines for about a week and I must advise and warn anyone to stay clear of this site!
Unless of course you want to be milked of your money because there is no fair game!?
I believe that Starwins controls all their slots and accounts and went as far as shutting down the slot machine while I was playing on it because I was doing too well I believe!
Several times I thought I would try my luck again and tried to go back on that same slot machine for about two days but I have been blocked from it, how despicable is that?!
I had a similar experience on Lottoland many years ago but that was way worse as they stopped the astronomical payout on its track of the slot machine I was on demanding my verification documents which they already had since I have been with them for years mainly playing international lotto and priorly already had several withdrawals!

first time plaing.played slingo.won 158 pound collected 120..sent my documentation so just waiting to see what happens...i will update in 3 days as thats how long they said it should take..my documents went through quite easy..

Stay away ! Horrible experience here. They kept declining my verification just so they can put your withdrawal back in your account hoping you spend it. Also £2.50 withdrawal charge on any amount withdrawal is ludicrous. You have been warned to keep clear of these jokers....

Worst slots site I’ve played on and I’ve played a lot. Not a single bonus round and spent around £100 on there. Not come close to winning anything to withdraw.

Do not use this site, Allow you to make multiple deposits in a short space of time no questions asked apart from a pop up questionaire, as a gambler you are going to tick the right boxes to carry on playing.
No live chat and no check in from staff to see if you are ok with the amount deposited.
Queried and I asked for my deposits back as I feel they failed me as a company allowing me to deposit and deposit.
Over 15 deposits in one day spent £1800 in 4 weeks.
No win no withdrawal games poor hardly any bonuses.

I had a devil of a job trying to get myself verified, then I tried to withdraw some money and a message came up saying they needed to do more routine checks. I emailed support and a day later I got a reply confirming they had verified, now I tried withdrawing again and the same message came up.

Ridiculous, there is nothing else needed and they are just hanging on to my money. It's not even a fortune it's a small amount and they need to pay it into my account ASAP otherwise I will be reporting to trading standards, gambling ombudsman and anybody else I can think of.

This is a scammers website..Don't bother. If you win anything it takes ages to get the money out because you basically have to provide everything about your life. May as well tell them how many your medical history, home life and social life. They know more about me than most of my family

They then won't accept any proof of id even when you do everything they ask for so the money is just stuck.

Read the reviews and figured that only people who've lost money will leave a review for a casino, but oh boy was I wrong. Decided to test their return to player on roulette. Chose a number and just bet on it for an hour to see what would happen. After around 550 spins, had only won 11 times. That's odds of 1/50 for a game that claims to have odds of 1/36. A complete scam.

Bad online casino, I don't like it at all.
