Thier support is only there for them,after being verifed i went on to have a difficult time trying to speak too support over the phone, the email although was fast but very blunt and in the end overall unsatisfactory, stay away from this company they have snatched a big win of 5000 after "verifying" me,supposed account i had opened 7mth prior which i no longer used and had inaccurate details invaildiated my wins and the account also failed security . Plenty of nice online casinos trustworthy e.g. Ladbrokes or Coral. After my complaint no luck trying too speak with someone funnily enough my call was put straight to answer phone.
