Pins don't match the gears had to use old ones

It would of been nice to pick up the parts in the store for shipping costs were to high.

Definitely wanted to repurchase this item. This screen tent lasted us 20 years, and only failed when hit by 70 mph winds.
Your web site was the only one I found that one, carried the product, and two, website actually functioned.

Customer service was horrible and made me never want to go back. Two older male workers behind the customer service counter were condescending, indifferent, and rude. I have never experienced this before as I have gone to the store without asking for help before, but this time I asked for help and wish I had not. I will think twice before shopping at your store and would rather go out of my way to give my business to others that want it. I expected to be treated with basic respect or at least a professional demeanor. One of the workers reluctantly led me to the isle where the product was. As he walked away he mumbled something about how to use the product which was not clear or helpful.He should have just told me what isle to find the product if the interaction was too much to ask for. Obviously the workers were inconvenienced by a request for help. This was the Salt lake store in Utah.

I love this place. Steve who has worked there for many years is so helpful and kind. He has gone above and beyond the call of duty in assisting me with all my motorhome and toad projects. I pull a jeep behind my RV and he has been so knowledgeable and set me up with the RVI brake system. I love the RVI product and have traveled the US with it.

The picture that you have on your website is not what you sent me and the people in Idaho Falls were ok to take the return but made no effort at correcting your mistake.

Ordered and paid for trailer bearings online. Arrived at store after 25 mile trip from Park City only to find out that parts were out of stock??? Luckily parts guy stepped in and recommended a rebuild kit that would work. How is it possible to order and pay for something online - and then find out it is out of stock.

Ahead of schedule and perfect fit. Part arrive un damaged which in my eyes is a big plus, especially after I look for this lid for so long!!!!

They initially shipped 6v battery locking straps when I ordered 12v. They had correct 12v straps shipped the next day with all return shipping paper work included. Correspondence was polite and quick.

The person at the parts counter whom help me in salt lake was very un helpful did not really care what I needed I did find help from another man but I had to order on line and drive to Ogden to pick it up
I was never notified if my order was ready tried to call got a machine when I went in no one look very busy to answer the phone.
