I was very pleased to find an item I could not find anywhere else. This item has been discontinued by the manufacturer and most merchants were out of stock. Lucky for me State Trailer Supply still had a very small supply. Ordering was easy and shipping took much less time than anticipated. Overall a great purchasing experience.

I took the Trailer in on October 10th and did not get it back until December 27th. The service department can fix small, simple stuff. The slide our repair was a nightmare. Wrong parts and now (March 31st) the slide out is bound and will not slide in. Their work lasted for two slide outs.

Very easy to place order and they even gave me a better deal than the advertised price. Shipping was quick had tracking number same day order was placed and Barbara was very helpful in customer service.

Company reached out to me to inform me of a cheaper mailing option. Great service.

Parts and Service personnel are very rude and not willing to help out the customer. I needed a refrigerator handle, which I had looked up earlier and found on the web site. When I asked for the part, the employee stated "model and serial number" I said I looked it up earlier and found the one I need on your website, He said "I will need your Model Number and Serial number". funny I found it in 10 seconds don't waste any of your valuable time there employee!!!!!!! Won't be going back there!!!!!

Last Friday I had made an appointment at the Redwood Road shop for 8 this morning to have a small job done to secure a handle. I had previously purchased it from them for my 4 Wheel camper which sits on the back of my truck. In the past I have made appointments and service personnel have done small jobs as I waited. This morning I was told they do not take walk-ins, even though I assured them that I had an appointment. They did not believe me because they could not find it. Instead of arranging for me to come back on another day, they said I would have to leave my truck for this small job. Apparently it is now their policy. News to me and impossible since it is my only vehicle. No sorry and no attempt to accommodate in anyway. Very unpleasant experience. I am very disappointed since I thought I had found a camper shop with nice helpful people.

I recently moved to Florida and shortly after getting here the LP water heater valve broke. I tried to find a local replacement and found that nobody is as friendly as Michelle at the Ogden location. She took extra time to help me find the part I needed and verify that it was available. Thank you State Trailer for being there for me even when I am so far away.

The toy hauler we bought was used. No warranty even tho we bought it thru Darren Bedouix. It was in pretty stripped condition. Every thing but the recliners we were able to obtain thru the store directly or order on line
Always greeted us with a smile. We have yet to be disappointed in obtaining what we need. Thank you state trailer
