Got 2 T-shirts and 5 hoodies now, absolutely love them, great quality, the fabric feels super sturdy but light and soft when you wear them, and the super cool prints are quality as well and stay good after washing them multiple times (inside out).
They ship super fast and keep you updated on the status changes via mail. Sizes are good and when in doubt they have a size guide that can help you, do check the fit, if it's an oversized item and you want a more regular fit, then size down. Got no complaints whatsoever so far, and will definitely buy again when they got some new cool designs again.

I have ordered from them at least 4 times now, and have zero complaints. On one shirt it was clear that the pictures on the website were very over saturated when compared to the actual shirt, but I didn't mind that.
Once I ordered and paid two shirts, got a pretty immediate email apologizing that the other product was actually sold out already. They offered me a full refund or I could change my order, but I decided to cancel it. Got the money refunded in full with zero cent lost.

I love the designs and the quality. A bit pricey, but honestly, everything is these days. I'll gladly keep paying for the quality and cool designs. No "made in China" labels on any clothes either.

Ordered few things from different brands and Stay Cold was the only one that matched the size chart . Quality is top tear . All together I am very happy and will definitely order again knowing that the sizes is correct

I’m from Italy’s and it’s the first time that I’ve ordered from this new brand and the quality is one of the greatest that i’ve ever seen. The shipping time was reduced by 10 days and my order arrived just in 3 days. 🔥🔥

I order from here loads I even got some stuff from the sale just last week all my orders arrive within a week I live in the Uk , The clothing is really good quality definitely worth the money

I ordered 3 sweaters, heres my experience.

Shipping: I've seen some reviews about taking forever to ship, however I'm in canada and it took 8 days to get my order in which was way sooner than I expected. (I've had the sweaters about a month now)
Only down side with shipping was I got hit for another $135CA from canadian customs but not much can be done about that.

Quality: I waited to review as I wanted to get a chance to try each one out a bunch of times, also to put them through the wash a few times. I've followed the proper way to wash them and there isn't any issues as of now. They still look great and have no peeling. Can't wait to use them more next winter.

If customs would ease up on their taxes i would definitely buy lots more of Stay Cold products.

I will update the review again in a year or so after more use has been but threw them. (Provided I remember to lol)

I ordered a few items which I liked I think people making these clothes are very talented and if I didn’t have a such a bad experience I would definitely order more but not after this
I ordered from this site and didn’t get any updates about my parcel after one week
After one month of not knowing what’s happening I contacted a help centre and they were very helpful to me which is good and they said that I will get refund
Another problem was with the refund as I get my money for the clothes refunded but not for the delivery which was almost 20£ and that’s very disappointing to me !
Especially when I think the problem about this order was mainly with the delivery which was quite expensive and the service was just awful and it was not even refunded which is outrageous to me
Clothes are very nice the owners are clearly talented but the delivery and overall service is really bad so not ordering again even If I want to as I love the clothes and definitely not recommending.

Ordered two oversized hoodies, size is according to the chart, fit fine.
A bit pricey, but I really liked the unique "deathcore-ish" design, so I don't mind paying extra for it. It's not some random re-branded hoodie from "Aliexpress", but an actual genuine brand with proper labels and stuff.
Print quality is not the best, but it's good enough. On some places where fabric stretches, you can see tiny cracks in paint, but whatever :P I will see what happens to the print when I wash it. Hopefully it doesn’t fade away immediately.
The fabric feels very good though, with soft fleece inside.

Ordered the Reign in Blood 2.0 hoodie last year as Christmas present. After one wash the reflective print started to peel. It's not a cheap product by any means, but generally the quality of everything I have brought so far has been excellent.
Not only did I get a full refund with just a couple of emails and photos exchanged, to my surprise a new one was dispatched and arrived today just a couple of weeks later (today).
So kudos to the Stay Cold team. I can only assume there was an issue with these as a batch, but their reputation is obviously important to them to go to these lengths.

i ordered a hoodie, and a month past with no updates. i emailed the support team and didnt get a response, so i emailed again. finally, after another month, i received a response. i was promised a full refund for the hoodie, not including postage, but its now been ANOTHER month and ive had no refund. £150, gone.

Very good Quality. I'm from Scotland and Stay cold are based in Germany. Even tho it's quite a bit away, they deliver within less than 2 weeks. The prices are decently high but if you're looking for Very good Quality and Fast Delivery this is definitely the place to order. This is coming from someone who has Ordered Hoodies off of numerous websites Throughout the years. I have ordered 2 items from them and both Have been hoodies so I can't speak for every Product but the Hoodies are 10/10

Bought a t-shirt for £18 and payed with Google pay
When clicking pay I was charged £16 postage which at no point was described during the checkout process.
I would not recommend anyone in the UK to use this site

I've ordered from them several times now, especially for the sweatshirts which are 🥰
The customer service is top always responsive, I had the misfortune during my last order to type my email address too quickly, I got no confirmation nothing
The customer service was able to find it for me without any problem and I finally got my tracking number

I orderd 2 Times and both Times it came really quick (like 2 to 4 days). I bought like 10 tshirts and all of them are really high Quality, 100% Cotton and the prints are really good aswell. They are a bit thigther on the chest but go wide on the stomach area. Will order again for sure

They make awesome clothing BUT their customer support is HORRIBLE. I ordered a hoodie from them, they sent me the wrong one. I sent an email to support asking for an exchange or refund. They replied to get photos of what I got in order to make an exchange. I sent them immediately but I haven't heard from them in months even after being persistent with them.

At first I was concerned after ordering from this company because of the lengthy postage time and some of the negative reviews I read.
It did take almost a month for the hoodie to arrive (but thats because of the carrier service not the business I purchased from). The carrier service wasn't reliable because the tracking wasn't updating once it arrived to Australia and didn't update until delivered.
I didn't have to or feel the need to contact customer service but I do appreciate the contact they made when an unsuccessful delivery attempt was made (there was no attempt made, I was home all day and no postage slip left) so if stay cold customer service hadn't sent me the email on behalf of the carrier, I wouldn't have gone to my local post office to collect and it probably would have end up returned to sender. So the customer service on that part was good.
The clothing from the site is expensive but in my opinion definitely exceeded my expectations and turned out worth the wait! The hoodie is really good quality. The print is perfect. I ordered a unisex size M thinking it'll be a bit big for me because I normally buy a size S in unisex hoodies but the S wasn't available in the design I wanted and I'm glad I end up with a M because it turned out to be a perfect fit (so maybe go up a size when buying).
I'd definitely consider purchasing from them again in future.

the clothes are good quality and delivery was fast but pray to god if you have to get any kind of information from support, they take few days to write back. By the time ive received SHIPMENT TRACKING NUMBER it was already delivered but I couldnt prepare myself for the mailman as I didnt have any kind of information. Oh, and I advise you to make an account, if you go as guest you wont be receiving any emails.
