James arrived very promptly after my initial call despite the time of evening. Quickly established what the problem was and the quoted price prior to work commencing was what I was charged at the end. Fully explained to me the potential causes and demonstrated some simple maintenance for me to prolong the lifespan of my door going forward. Couldn't be happier with whole process from me making the first call to completion of job which was within an hour.

Needed a new front door lock. Was impressed with James on telephone prior to appointment. Arrived on time was courteous & polite explaining clearly and concisely what the problem was and options to rectify.

After a dodgy key cut had us locked out of our home on a Friday night we called Stay Safe out to get us back in the house. The locksmith James was really friendly and knowledgable, drove all the way to Seaham from Whitley Bay for a very reasonable price and we were back in the house within about 4 minutes of him arriving. The whole ordeal lasted less than an hour, which is perfect for how far away he was when we called. 10/10 would highly recommend and contact James again if/when needed. Thank you so much.

Amazing service by James came out really quickly and got me into the house in under 5 mins with out any damage.

We had problems with 2 of our doors recently. Contacted James who came out to have a look. He was able to fix one of them while he was here even though it was a difficult job, he wouldn’t leave it until it was sorted. He ordered a part for the other door and kept us informed of when he’d be arriving a couple of days later. Overall James was very polite and very friendly and reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend to others.

James has done 2 jobs for me over the past few months fixing both my patio door and front door. Both jobs were done quick and easy, friendly service and a very fair price. Would recommend first to everyone and will use for any future work 😊

Just had James come to resolve an issue we had locking our door. He fixed the door without need for additional parts. James kept in touch to let us know when he would be arriving.
