Amazing! I had to call out to get into my sons property. So fast to arrive, so friendly and professional. The next day I decided that the locks needed changing and called back. Again arrived so promptly and actually moved me to tears as refused payment for the work. After a very stressful few days, the kindness shown to me and compassion for our situation was incredible. I cannot thank you enough 😊

Really responsive, friendly and quick to identify problem and fix it. My front door wasn't locking properly, when I explained issue I was given a explanation of what problem was, how it could be fixed and price. Came out to home promptly as per arranged time, offered me two options to fix lock explaining each option to help me make decision. Replaced lock and provided 5 new keys. Quick friendly service at a great fair price. Will definitely use again

If you want a trustworthy & professional service then James is your man. I sent an email requesting a quote for new locks - he replied within minutes. I then rang and arranged an appointment that was within a short time frame again no problems. When he turned up the work was done with care and superb professionalism. All locks replaced and advice given on lock care. I honestly cannot fault James - he really is the lock smith you should go to.

James was really helpful on the phone, called ahead to let me know when he would arrive, and provided a thorough service sorting out an awkward problem with a door that wouldn’t lock. He explained what he was doing, fixed the issue and his call out charge was very reasonable. He reassured me that if I have any further issues he will come straight back out. He was a pleasure do deal with and I have no hesitation in recommending him to others.

Guy came in 15 mins no damage 2 seconds to open it. Guaranteed to replace lock if he broke it for free too

Locked myself out and within 5 mins James had reassured us not to panic. Sure enough, we were back in the house. Very reliable and highly recommended at a very reasonable price.

Came out straight away to fix front door lock, very friendly, quick and efficient, explained the problem we had been having which was appreciated and have a 12 month warranty on the lock. Cannot fault at all, 100% recommend and is now my go to locksmith!

James was extremely professional, courteous and carried out an excellent repair of my lock. He cleaned up after himself band made sure both myself and my husband were able to open and close the door without any problems. He kept me informed when he was on the way to my property and while there respected the property. Will definitely use him. Again and will be passing his contact details onto friends and family
