Messaged to and fro to discuss types of lock, pictures, prices, arrange suitable appointment. J arrived at the arranged time promptly, very friendly and polite. Explained from start to finish what he was doing, showed me the locks, explained what they were made from and how they worked etc. asked if I had questions. Ensured I tried all 5 keys per lock he provided to ensure I was happy and inspect the locks, ensuring they were securely fitted. Gave me advice on maintaining the locks to get a longevity from them. Advised me I could contact him at any time with questions or if I had concerns, day or night. Offered 3 payment methods. Very efficient and nice man, and local so lovely to be able to support a local business. Would use again.

Repaired an industrial aluminium and glass door. The steel fixtures had rusted, making the door stick.
Repaired not only the door but also the thresh, replaced all of the fittings and even the frame and electromagnetic locking mechanism fixture.
I simply can not recommend them highly enough!!

Considering it was a Sunday teatime James arrived within 10 mins. Quickly fitted a new barrel and made some adjustments that he didn't have to do but wanted everything perfect. All for a very reasonable price and even offered maintenance tips

James did a great job fixing our front door after the lock snapped, making it unable to open. Came out promptly (even offered to come on a Sunday night), fixed it the next day and even found a way to get the cost down. All round lovely guy and did a great job.

My back door lock broke whilst my kids were inside and my husband and I were outside. I called James and he was over within 15 minutes (house in Annitsford). He got access to the house in minutes and then spent 2 hours repairing the back door. Responsive, attentive, friendly, and excellent work. Totally recommend.
