StaySharp Customer Service is Excellent. I contacted StaySharp numerous times with various questions and their response was immediate and to perfection. I felt very welcoming and as if I was a member of their own team. Their response was to the point and very instructive. All the queries were answered to a great satisfaction. Their answers were very professional and with excellent empathy standards. I feel very confident that I am going through my Accounting Professional exams having a great team of Accounting Professionals behind me to support me all the way.
I am very content with their approach because StaySharp Support Team went all the way and cover all the possible options concerning my queries/questions. Very satisfying feeling indeed.

Really useful, great price

It is a really nice initiative from BPP to fund StaySharp to provide online courses with their original materials for people who are on budget. I only purchased the free trial and was happy with it although the structure of the materials feels a little bit dump as there are so many. This could be somehow better organised. Also the navigator bar could remember where the last recording was opened and lead the user back there after watching the video to help with navigation. The only other thing I would mention is the lack of the option to purchase marked feedback. Apart from these, I think the site brings everything that can be expected from this type of subscription and if I was on a budget I would definitely consider to sign up due to my previous good experience with BPP.

Easy to use, no commitment beyond the month, really useful tool for studying

I am happy that StaySharp approached me via e-mail, and I used the 14 day trial. For me, this is the best way to study. The chapters are split into bitesize sections, easy to follow, plan and practise after every chapter. The voice of the podcast lady is very pleasant, it hooks you in with expert curation and recommendations. Although is not interactive way of studying, I feel like I don't study alone. I can't ignore the very reasonable price of £60 a month.

Very informative and the method of teaching is best for begginers

I am thoroughly enjoying the course and love the fact that I can jump in any time I want. The StaySharp learning platform is very easy to navigate and makes it easy to pick up where you left off. I also enjoy that the live sessions are recorded which enables you look back on them, or, if you miss them, you are still able to get all of the information.
I am currently and admissions assistant and student support advisor, but my goal is to go into Human Resource Management. I know that having this qualification, will allow me to progress as a professional.

They provide great materials for my studies. An e-book and short lectures are very well prepared. Thay privide so many activities and tests (with answers) that I feel confident to take my first exam soon. An achievement ladder keeps me motivated. I am very happy that I have chosen StaySharp.

Tbe fact you can get BPP modules for £60 a month is nothing short of brilliant. That alone is worth the sub.

Lectures are organized very beautifully which makes learning easy.

It’s good but in some questions there is no explanation to the answers.

Hi I decided to try staysharp as recommended to me by a friend. I was stuck on a last AAT level 2 modules. Although I bought a bpp book but was unable to keep focused. Their videos and learning is very systematic and found it helpful. Pausing subscription and cancelling is quite easy as well as done straight from my account tab.

Pros:
1. The materials offered are extremely comprehensive. The BPP study products gives you that extra reassurance that you are using high quality and up to date materials.

2. The bite size lectures are perfect and it makes it easier to re-visit a specific area of the syllabus compared to competitors who have long 45 to 50 mins videos on a chapter which can be boring.

3. I'm currently doing the Financial Reporting (ACCA) paper and I found that the tutors are very concise and to the point. They simplify a lot of the complicated concepts. You get the feeling that they are interacting with you.

4. Customer support is great. They reply to you within minutes which is very reassuring.

5. I'm still on a trial period but I've received an email from StaySharp stating that they will be reducing the monthly fee from £60 to £40, which I think is very reasonable considering the rise in cost of living.

Cons

1. The website and the layout of the platform is not great unfortunately. It's not very user friendly and navigating from one lecture to the next can be a bit of pain.

2. Competitors like "exp" have a more user friendly platform however the content of StaySharp is better.

3. The digital textbook and revisions is not the best to navigate through.

Overall if StaySharp were to provide a more user friendly platform and also where student can track their own progress until exam day, then StaySharp could end up being the best ACCA online provider.

Overall good experience. Only thing i would suggest is to add CIMA to the accountancy packages and remote tutor support. Very cost effective as compared to the online courses being provided by bpp itself.

I believe that Staysharp covers all the aspects of syllabus. Their tutors are also explaining well. However, I believe that they could be better by describing in the way that attracts the students rather than making them bored.

And I think the monthly subscription fee is very expensive.

Great way to study offering flexibility and convenience. You choose when and how you study with access to all course material on the go

I’m happy with the course. I like to self study as I can’t stand going to a lecture class and concentrate but I need a bit of guidance so these short classes help me bridge the gap up on areas where studying alone isn’t enough. I mainly joined so I can ask academic questions on activities and subjects that I was stuck in and it’s way easier asking a question online than spending 4 times the amount of time draining my energy to figure it out. The monthly fee is affordable so that helps
