We’ve just returned from a fantastic week away in At Castlebury Barn in Devon booked through Eden Retreats. Great company to book with, will definitely book with Eden again as the standard of accommodation offered is exceptional. The website is great, providing lots of information about the properties, being able to see live availability is a bonus and love the ‘tree’ rating system used.

Just Booked a Great property in the Cotswolds with Eden retreats, very smooth service online with a very helpful follow up call from a very knowledgeable member of the Eden Team. Now looking forward to a hassle free holiday.

A lovely cottage right in the centre of hawes. The cottage was spotless and perfect for our stay. No parking so car had to be left in car park which was close. It was a great location. Only downside was cottage bedrooms unbearably warm at night but there is nothing that can be done about that. Only gripe I had was that Eden retreats said we would get a free meat pack as there was scaffolding before we went. We had planned for this. We never got the meat pack. I emailed and got an email back saying we would get when we left to take home. They sent this reply after we had left cottage and I responded to say we had left to which they didn’t reply and we never got the meat pack. Wasn’t too bothered about not getting meat pack but just thought it was poor customer service

A lovely cottage with all the amenities you could possibly require. The rooms were spotless and due to covid clear instructions were left on were to dispose of towels, etc. once you leave. It was a very relaxing and enjoyable experience and we would not hesitate to return to this cottage and Hawes. The only negative was parking availability. You basically leave your car wherever you can find a spot at the side of the road. Once parked I recommend you do not move it until you leave.

Fantastic holiday home, superbly equipped, spotlessly clean and stunning rural views. Lovely spacious rooms and amazing outdoor space with the patio and picnic area.

Our stay at Moor house was outstanding! Walking in we were elated with the size of the property. Cleanliness was 10/10 and the quality was superb. It honestly felt like we were the first visitors to have stayed there. Thank you so much for making our stay so wonderful.

Booked with Eden Retreats for November 2021. Great booking process and really helpful staff when I contacted them. I’ve also used the online chat service which was very efficient and helpful. Looking forward to our stay.

Booked a five day family holiday for 6 of us at Meliden House, Wales. Disappointed to find the wadrobes were packed up with clothes. We had to keep our clothes in suitcases. felt like we were sharing the holiday with the property owner. The owner came to remove a few clothes to create a little space but it didn't make any difference. The hot tub had issues, the water looked foamy and not clean. The owner showed us the fridge freezer which was not enough for our three cakes for our celebrations It was not even big enough for keeping our food stuff. he instructed us not to touch the other fridge freezer as its for him and his family. this made me feel like we were invading someone else's space. i paid £2500,00 for the holiday. There were strands of hair in the fridge, dust and dog hair on the floor, The place was dirty. We had to buy our own mop for cleaning. it would be nice to let people know about the cameras in and outside the house. There is a camera by the hot tub. this made me feel uncomfortable that there is someone sitting somewhere watching us. in the end i didn't get into the hot tub. some of my family members did but regretted after realising they were being watched. The shower upstairs drainage was blocked and someone just budged in without even letting us they were on their way. They just came in and out as they pleased. Will not book any holiday with you again

Had to respond by editing since there is no option for me to. Eden you can not say you dont agree with my statement as if you accompanied me to the holiday. I have proof in pictures when we had to buy a mop to clean. I blame Eden too because you did not mention we had to share wadrobes, fridges and cupboards with the owner.

An excellent booking and holiday experience with Eden Retreats. Everything was spot on from the initial booking, the friendly reminder emails all the way through to the holiday itself. Customer Services were very helpful in anwering some basic questions we had and always replied promptly and completely. Am sure if we had some more complicated queries, they would have been dealt with in the same professional manner. Thanks so much!

Great stay at Byre Cottage

Just back from a fabulous stay and can’t speak highly enough of Eden Retreats and their little extras that make you feel special on arrival, and of course the owner Erica who was so welcoming .

Lovely cottage and great company to work with. Will definitely use them again!

Initially we had some issues with bookings due to the home-owners of other properties, but the Eden team were excellent in helping us resolve them and find a new property.
We were able to stay at Meliden House near Prestatyn. Lovely property, good location for exploring the north of Wales. The kids rooms were fantastic for our young children. The view from the hot tub was great, looking over the fields, the coast and the sunsets.
The main thing missing was a visitor pack in the property, a guide to the property and things to do and see in the area. I'm sure this will quickly be rectified.

Stayed at Gaylebeck Gallery in Hawes, Yorkshire Dales. 3 bed room house nicely furnished with plenty of kitchen items. Wonderful views from the windows. Small quiet courtyard. Fantastic location for walks, pubs, cafes and shops. Will try to book for another time. Pleasing welcome food basket.

Kipper Lodge @ Dartmouth
We loved it here, both the house & town of Dartmouth were perfect for our stay, but the parking space and road that leads to the house is not suitable for a Range Rover.

Such an excellent company to book a trip through. Quick to respond incase of any questions and felt confident when booking. Plus, the cottage was perfect which made the whole experience amazing
