We loved it here, both the house & town of Dartmouth were perfect for us as a family of 4.

Recently stayed at Beeston cottage and from the moment I booked till after I stayed the customer service from Eden retreat has been 5 stars.
The cottage was absolutely beautiful and the grounds in set within is stunning with beautiful horses. Really didn’t want to leave but I definitely will be returning in the future.

Just booked Valley View for 2022. This could not have been easier. Phoned with a query and spoke to Josh, he was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Excellent customer service. Very much looking forward to our visit next year.

We stayed at Castlebury Barn. The building was recently converted and is extremely well furnished. The owners live next door but leave you to your stay but are there if you need something. There is a welcome package of local produce that is well done and a nice finishing touch. The views across the valley from the wood-fired hot tub are outstanding! Loved the place.

We stayed at Peckforton Stables in Cheshire and it was a gorgeous cottage in a fab location. The whole booking process with Eden has been excellent. Thoroughly recommend using Eden, and staying at Peckforton

We’ve booked and stayed at two properties through Eden Retreats - Byre Cottage in the Lake District and The Old Watermill in Staffordshire. I have to say the booking process was so easy and all communication was extremely friendly. Both properties were to a really high standard, exceptionally clean and really well equipped. The welcome packs were out if this world with freshly baked bread and cakes alongside lots of other treats and so much more than you would ever expect. Owners at both properties made us feel so welcome! We will definitely be booking again soon.

Meliden House, in North Wales was beautiful. We had 6 lovely days.
This part of Wales seems to have uts very own climate! We were so fortunate with the weather, which made our stay even better.
The house is stunning. Decorated and furnished to a very high quality.
Hot tub on the veranda which was amazing after walking up tge Great Orme and just to hop into. The kids loved it - jumped in every opportunity.
The views over the coast line in one direction and the Snowdonian mountain range in the are absolutely stunning.
Lovely slide in the garden which the kids had great fun on too.
I could go on and on.
Thank you for a wonderful holiday. I would definitely rebook.

Booked our first holiday with Eden Retreats. The website was full of useful information about each property the photos were excellent. Booking was very simple and we cannot wait to go in September.

We were searching for ages to find somewhere in the UK to holiday this year, and found Eden Retreats on line.
We were amazed to see the variation and locations of properties available and especially please to find we didn't have to book a Saturday to Saturday slot. We were also looking for next year and already the availability of vacancies are getting booked up. It was easy to book on line from my mobile, super efficient and e-mail confirmation followed very swiftly. We are looking forward to getting away to Suffolk, it looks great.

I came across Eden Retreats whilst browsing for a UK holiday for the summer. I had a question about the policy regarding Covid extra cleaning etc and to confirm that two well behaved springers would be welcome. I emailed the query and Josh answered within a few minutes. The booking process was straight forward and a confirmation email was sent by return. We are looking forward to our stay.

I found Eden Retreats by chance while browsing though various sites trying to book a staycation for New Year. I had a few questions and these were all answered very quickly by Martha.
I have now booked a Staycation for the New Year and we are all looking forward to going.
Booking process, was simple any easy to do via the online platform and an Email confirmation was sent with all the details.
Fantastic that you can choose what day to arrive and what day to leave, this was one of the main reasons for choosing to book with Eden Retreats as well as the location and price for this time of year. Other companies restrict you to Monday or Friday arrival / departure with either 3 or 7 days stays only, which we feel is absolutely useless.
Eden Retreats we feel is much more flexible and we are looking forward to booking more staycations during the year.

Our booking process was quick and easy. Although our initial choice wasn't large enough for our group, Josh was helpful in suggesting other alternatives which we eventually booked. A glitch with payment on booking was quickly sorted out. We are very much looking forward to our forthcoming visit. So far, so good!
