Very easy booking experience, yet to stay in our accommodation but can't fault the process so far!!

Very pleased to find this company on the internet ,site easy to navigate and very informative, unlike some other larger companies,The booking was simple and easy to do with very quick responses. Hopefully the accommodation will meet with our expectations and we can good reviews again

My experience so far has been very straightforward and friendly in terms of communications from the staff to me about the recent booking, I am yet to stay there but I am really excited with the reservation ahead.

We came across Eden Retreats whilst trying to find a holiday home as everyone seems to be holidaying in England this year we have found it very difficult for a family of 10 during school holidays. I messaged Eden Retreats and the came up with the option of 2 properties next to each other. I spoke to them via online chat and they were very helpful. We followed up the next day with a telephone call which was very efficient and I booked our accommodation online. I hope the holiday is as smooth as the service we have experienced so far. A very efficient company so far. I would highly recommend as the properties do all look very nice. We are very much looking forward to our holiday.

So far we have only booked our accommodation not travelled, but the website was very easy to use and the booking process incredibly easy. Response time to confirm was very swift and e mails are very friendly and the company sounds genuinely keen to make our stay as good as possible. If our stay is as good as the process so far we will be very very happy!

Booking early for next year. Process has been easy to follow with option for chat if further support required. Easy site to negotiate and can request additional requirement which is of considerable benefit. Will update review after holiday next year.

Just come back from an amazing 5 nights in one of the properties called "Old Well Cottage" - just wanted to say a big thank you to all of the hosts for arranging such good weather! From the booking process, everything worked a treat and it was so nice to be able to get away once again. We'll be back I am sure.

We have just returned from a 4 night break staying at the Hay Loft. We had an amazing time, and the accommodation was beautiful. You can tell straight away a lot of thought and effort has gone into the little touches for guests, and the location of the property was amazing. Very private and tranquil, with a beautiful garden that the kids loved playing on. Thank you for making our first break in over 18 months so memorable.

Really easy to book followed by an email asking if further support or requirements needed. Great customer service so far and really looking forward to our long awaited holidays away from home. Thank you

We were looking for a place to stay near Chester and Eden Retreats came up on Google. Brilliantly presented website, and great looking accommodation, made us feel welcome before we’d even booked. Booking couldn’t have been simpler and correspondence with Martha following the booking has been equally warm and welcoming. The note about the pandemic and a guarantee of a ‘no quibble’ refund or rebooking where necessary, showed that you’re dealing with humans who understand that you might have concerns when booking at this unprecedented time. Really looking forward to our stay.

Super easy to book! I must say I felt slightly unsure when I got an email to say that someone would be in touch soon to confirm the booking, but the communication was super fast and extremely friendly! Would absolutely recommend booking via Eden Retreats ... we will certainly be booking again.

Found a great place at a great price. Cancellation and Covid rules were really easy to follow.

We found Eden Retreats when looking for a staycay this half term. We found the booking process simple, user friendly and informative. I had some additional questions before booking and used their "chat" function and got an almost immediate reply with all our questions answered. We look forward to our break in May.
