We have just booked our summer holiday! We’re so excited after a search of many other holiday companies this one was the most perfect for us. The lodge was just what we have been looking for and in a perfect location.
The booking process was simple and we received our email confirmation straight away, followed by a welcome email. Great customer service.
We’re already counting down the days till we go!!

I was thrilled to come across the Eden Retreats website, as it lists such beautiful stays across the country. Booking was really straight forward, and I felt safe committing to accommodation as their policies seem very fair on flexibility. Very excited for our trip in July! Thanks Eden Retreats.

This was a brilliant booking service from start to finish. A lovely website that is really easy to use and well thought out. Communication has been great and the property choice is excellent.

I have just booked a stay through their website and found the site very well easy to use, and very clear to see what properties were available when. The selection of properties also looked fantastic.

After experiencing a slight problem when trying to book online for a property advertised by Eden Retreats, I 'phoned the number advertised on line, whereupon I was efficiently dealt with and indeed was then able to book over the telephone. After paying my deposit I almost immediately received an email confirming my booking and have since received a similar email after paying the balance, together with further details regarding the property and my arrival detail. Altogether a very easy and painless experience.

I found the website very easy to navigate. Clear photos with good descriptions of the property and surrounding areas. There was just one piece of information I couldn't find.

I needed a property on one level due to reduced mobility of one of out party. An email produced a variety of properties which were suitable. This took, literally, minutes. We booked The Hayloft in the Cotswolds. Looks stunning and perfect for us. We are so looking forward to our stay. So far so good. One thing I would say is, while stylised photography is nice, I prefer to see the whole property, room size etc. Not a big thing. But important if mobility is reduced and equipment is required

I booked our holiday cottage via the internet. After leaving email address l waited for confirmation which l didnt appear to receive. I rang the helpline and the lovely people l spoke with were so helpful. The emails had gone to junk mail for
some reason best left to the world of cyberspace! A lovely lady called Martha called me back to ensue all was well. It's that sort of personal touch that will take this new company a long way. We know how nice the accommodation is as we have stayed there when it was with a different company. On the service we have so far received l would highly recommend the company

I have just booked a week long stay in May with Eden Retreats. I found the website to be really easy to navigate, with a good level of information on each of the available properties (including clear pictures!). The booking process itself was very easy and I was all booked within minutes. The follow up care has been good and very helpful. Very much looking forward to our stay in May now.
