Fraud

Hi all, I never used this sort of company in my life for such a small loan and was shocked to see this company's name on my Credit file and showing a default of £50 on cedit file. You are unable to contact them through phone and instead of looking at the records and investigating they keep speculating with very vauge responses.

Shocking service from Maga



I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with the service provided by SteadyPay.

I have been paying the £7.00 weekly fee for your service for the past 84 weeks. This amounts to a total of £588.00 paid.

Despite this consistent payment, I have today been informed that I must wait two additional days for a top-up. This delay is unacceptable, especially given the significant fees I have paid for this service.

I am therefore unclear as to the value I am receiving for the £588.00 I have invested.

I wish to bring this issue to your attention and strongly advise all potential users to consider the implications of such delays.

I expect an explanation for this delay and a resolution to ensure timely top-ups, in line with the service I am paying for.
