Poor service order not fulfilled

I have paid in full but received only the Cumulus Home Steamer. You have not responded to my email chasing the remainder of my order.
Asking for a review is not acceptable
This is the first and only time buying your products and will not be recommending eventhough I love the steamer. Ethics and trusting a brand is important to me.
I've received my sales invoice with all of my order included. DPD delivered 1 box of 1. The actual product also states qty 1 PC with the name of steamer.

Bought a few bits from steamery lately…

Bought a few bits from steamery lately .
Steamer , lint roller and defuzzer all ok but quality of materials is poor for premium price . Plastics feel cheap and will see how long they last .

I had a faulty Pilo Shaver and have…

I had a faulty Pilo Shaver and have been told that as I do not have original proof of purchase that the company cannot help me. I told them I was happy to pay for the repair rather than just buying another one (maybe that is their cunning plan) and the unit that has hardly been used been thrown away into landfill. Very disappointed for a company who seem to want to market themselves as environmentally friendly!

Price doesn’t justify the quality

The return policy says that “the product(s) must be unused” so I can’t return my clothing shaver after trying it out. It doesn’t work any better than a £10 shaver and the design isn’t worth the mark up. It clogs up just as easily and takes about as much time as if I had used the old one from ASDA. If you’re considering buying one because you think it’s worth the price, from my experience it’s not.

I found it very unhelpful that I wasn’t…

I found it very unhelpful that I wasn’t able to add a gift note and that the payment invoice couldn’t be removed. It removed the joy of sending this as a gift.

My order never been dispatched

My order never been dispatched.
My order never been dispatched according to single email that I received from shop.
Three days after I contacted store for updates and was told that my shipment returned back to sender for some reason and different tracking number. There is still no updates on tracking provided on dispatch date. Now I have to wait up to 14 days to receive replacement or my funds back.

Thank you for reaching out. I can confirm this was refunded to you on the 28th, once the item had been returned to our warehouse.

I can confirm that delivery was attempted on the 23rd of October. The reason you didn't receive tracking was due to the incorrect information being supplied at point of order. At which point we contacted you several times and asked you to confirm the correct delivery details. Unfortunately the automated tracking service had already pulled your wrong details through.

I hope this helps you understand the issues we encountered with your order and that they were resolved as quickly as possible.
