Pilo 2 garment shaver is cheap rubbish. It does not charge and it is near impossible to get a replacement or refund.
Do not buy this.

It does what it says it does. What else does one expect

Does exactly what it claims. De-pilled a jumper that was in quite a bad state. Using it gently, as instructed, it removed all the wool bobbles and the jumper now looks almost like new. Worth every penny

Your company promised next day delivery. After a week I still haven’t hear and receive anything I contacted your company. 2 weeks times how many times back forward back forward email you told me as a manager you believe goods has been delivered ages ago if not I should contact to police myself. If you do the investigation you should do it from the first place not the time you found me left you a feedback. I paid the money for the goods to deliver to my door on time NOT this kind of the service. I hope you will have nice Xmas not like me as you ruined mind

Great product neat and efficient swift delivery

The delivery time was excellent and it arrived the next day.
The steamery is easy to use and the fabric freshener was a nice touch!

Great packaging, great build quality however even when buying the most expensive model available it just doesn’t get hot enough to take out creases to (near) perfection like a normal iron BUT nor is it meant to be like that so one has to bear that in mind. We use it only for steaming bedding.

Fabric shaver arrived very quickly so was delighted with that.

Great design and I love that it's rechargable, however sometimes the Pilo2 doesn't switch on when you re-attach the bottom part after cleaning out the shaved fabric. One has to remove and reattch several times before it works again. Also feels rather flimsy.

Item is a Christmas present so can’t comment yet on how well the steamer works. It arrived very quickly and the box looks very stylish. Also, the box is quite heavy so I’m sure the steamer will be a substantial appliance. Very pleased with the service.

The Pill machine is a complete waste of money - very pricey and offers no larger fluff capacity or run time than any other battery product on the market.
HOWEVER, when I advised the company of my disappointment, they immediately arranged for an uplift and refund - without question. Excellent customer service!

I have now purchased three of these amazing de bobblers. They do exactly what they say they do. I have lots of cashmere and they are helped to stay in immaculate condition by using my steamery de bobbler. I wouldn’t be without one
