Do not buy. Non-existent customer service
Non-existent customer service. Do not buy. My husband bought a Steamery as a Christmas gift. However it was unwanted due to the mixed reviews of performance quality. We have been emailing since 3rd January to arrange a return (the process they specify) and still no response, despite following up 3 times. There is no phone number available or alternative route to contact. We have an unopened/unused and unwanted item. I hope Steamery monitor these reviews closer than their contact mail email address.

Ordering process very straightforward…
Ordering process very straightforward and delivery as predicted within two days. Very impressed with the Pilo2 fabric “shaver”, way ahead of other products pretending to do the same job. So good we’ve actually purchased a second unit. Rejuvenating all our knitwear and delaying trips to charity shops.

Strong, cloying perfume.
I was very disappointed with the clothes spray because I do not like the smell of it which, to me, smells nothing like the description, more like throse over perfumed fabric conditioners.
I did feel like returning it with a note re above comment.

No communication following missing order
I had placed an order before Christmas for a steamer and lint roller for my partner. Upon delivery I noticed the lint roller had not been included within the shipment.
I raised this with the contact details registered (along with providing evidence) which was initially replied to by a representative named Lucy, who confirmed she had re-submitted the order for the missing item. That was the last contact I had with the team.
After not receiving anything for a following fortnight, I once again reached out, and have received any response.
The current total of chaser messages sent now stands at 4 emails, and have resulted to more formal proceedings through Amex.
Terrible service.

No customer support existent
I have been trying to reach out to Customer Support team for over a week now and I have had no replies. The chat bot promises to create a support ticket that actually never gets created, I reached out directly though email a few times and got no reply. I even installed Messenger hoping that maybe this channel will allow me to speak to someone in the company.
I bought a steamer and when watching tutorials I realised that the product I bought isn't working horizontally and so I wanted to immediately replace it with another steamer that does work horizontally. Unfortunately this level of detail is missing in the product description or comparison on the website so I just simply assumed they all work in similar ways.
I cannot use the product I bought cause I've been hoping to replace it, but at the same time I have no successful contact from the Steamery team to progress with a replacement. I'm stuck and now I truly regret buying from this company.
I'm very disappointed with my experience.
I would never buy from this company again

What an incredible product!
What an incredible product!! I no longer have to do battle with the ironing board and iron. I can literally just take this out and get my outfit ironed in seconds. Literally. It's transformed my life and meant I am wearing more clothes I just couldn't be bothered to get out due to a small cramped wardrobe!
