I have both the steamer and the pile remover and they look just great (and work well). Steamer takes a while to get the hang of but it's worth persevering - just to ditch the clumsy old ironing board! Looking forward to a rainy afternoon de-fuzzing all my winter jumpers and making them look like new again. The steam water is rather expensive and I will get mine elsewhere in future but all in all great Company and great products.

Love this iron/steamer. Took me a few goes to get the best results but that was nothing to do with the iron/steamer, it was finding the best place to position the item, I find it works best with a hard surface behind the item of clothing I do mine against the bedroom door. I can now get quite a few items done without having to top up the water [I'm using battery water by the way]. I think this is a fantastic item to have in your wardrobe and it will be coming with me when I travel.

About two years ago I purchased a Steamery Cirrus No. 2 Travel Steamer. After 2 years of light use, the handle started to overheat and could not be touched without being burnt. There was hot steam leaking through the small on/off button so that it became impossible to press down that button in order to use the product. I did not expect a travel steamer from a modern brand to last for only two years or to become unsafe to use! The Steamery UK team did not show any interest in taking responsibility for their malfunctioning products and were unwilling to repair or replace it due to the 2 years warranty just being hit. I will certainly stay away from further Steamery products as I am not interested in replacing a so called “sustainable” product every two years. Their customer service was appalling and it is a mystery to me how the company would produce unreliable and unsafe products and simultaneously talk about their sustainability value.

Pretty products that become dangerous to use with no one to take responsibility for it is not what we need in our world. We expect you to do better, Steamery.

When I purchased Steamery ( expesive product at Conran shop) my coleagus did not recomebd it!! I did not listened them and purchased it, but now I am the looser as now I should agree-IT'S DO NOT LAST AS QUALITY IS VERY< VERY POOR!!!!! DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT< YOU WLL REGRET...

Simple and very easy to use it does an excellent job to remove creases and to freshen up your clothes and bedlinen

Beautifully designed & easy to hold. Strongs motor with rechargeable battery which lasts over 2 hours per charge. Amazingly effective, better than anything I have used before. Expensive but transformers the appearance of garments.

I need to return an item and the process to return is taking too long.

Lovely steamer, easy to use and really worth the money. I’ve had so many steamers over the years that have been binned as they were difficult to use or just didn’t do the job. For this reason happy the pay £80 and especially with the discount. I would definitely recommend this steamer, even at the full price it’s worth it

Purchased one of Steamery's products from an independent retailer. Unfortunately I had an issue with it, so contacted Steamery directly. Their customer service was fantastic. Highly recommend the company and their products!

Great product and very fast delivery

I bought a Pilo 2 fabric shaver, hoping the high price would deliver quality. While the device works well, when fully charged it only lasts for 10 mins or less before running out. The description of the product says it will run for 2 hours. I have only been dealing with light bobbling/fluff on my jumpers but this makes it not fit for purpose and very unsatisfactory for the price.

So chuffed with my wee jumper bobble remover…. Ordered on Monday, arrived Tuesday and all my jumpers looking fluff free and almost like new… I went for the bigger option at £55 and glad I did, who knew how much bobble fluff my jumpers had? Great wee gizmo and delighted with my purchase.

My steamer has broken and the company have responded swiftly and are arranging a replacement . Very happy with the customer service!

Hello I think the product is good and bigger than expected but also quite heavy if you are doing numerous garments.

I have not used the product yet, but was very happy with the processing and delivery time.
