Zoals eerder via mail uitgelegd, is omruilen zeker mogelijk. Het verschil zit erin waar het item werd aangekocht. Webshopbestellingen worden via onze webshop verwerkt, terwijl verkooppunten volledig onafhankelijk werken en hun eigen voorwaarden hanteren.
Dat dit verschil in werkwijze een 2-sterrenreview rechtvaardigt, vinden wij eerlijk gezegd jammer. We hebben je correct geïnformeerd en zelfs een tegemoetkoming aangeboden.

Beautiful, leather bracelet.
Although the bracelet fell apart due to wear and tear from showering and working out in it (water/sweat), I was given a discount to purchase another bracelet, which is what I did! My husband loves the bracelet. I want to get one for myself but the small size is just not small enough for my wrist. (woman's wrist)
