Aside from being prompt, the responses were very helpful! the product I wanted was out of stock, so the team showed me different options similar to the product I was interested in.I was also provided with a 20% off code.

Your package was successfully delivered to the RALI Repair Shop pickup point on 10/01/2026 at 15:39, and it was collected there as well.
In addition, we replied to your earlier emails on January 6th at 09:17 and 09:38. So there has indeed been communication from our side. Unfortunately, we cannot attach screenshots here, but we would gladly do so to support this if possible.
Regarding the two separate orders that only included a Faux Leather Bracelet Box: we reached out to you about this, as it’s unusual to order only the box without a bracelet. Since we did not receive a reply, both orders were cancelled and refunded as a precaution.

2 months, One of the leather straps broke
One of the leather straps broke inside of two months. I work in the kitchen and can’t wear the bracelet to work so not only has it just been two months. It’s probably only been a weeks worth of hours worn. They did get back to me very quickly and offered to replace the product immediately. Customer service is fantastic, I will wait and see how the new product works. if the replacement product lasts, I will update the review even more.

Faulty Design on bracelet claps?
Ordered some product(several bracelets), fit was great however, some of the clasps on two of them would not unhinge off my wrist. Tried several times, even slept with them on as I could'nt get them off!!
Tried to unclasp but the leather broke free and snapped off the bracelet!
Have emailed twice in three months and all I keep getting is the 'automated response'
'We'll get back to you in 24 hrs, blah blah blah...but were very busy'
I just want an address to return the broken bracelets and to let them know I'm not happy with the design of the clasps, but alas no response. Very Frustrating as I love the products. May think twice about ordering from them again. Can't recall when I ordered but I believe it was Feb 2025?

Terrible experience! Ordered a jewellery travel case which when opened was found to be faulty as the felt on the inside of the box was coming away. Sent several emails with pictures and narrative but because I placed the order on the 29th June I wasn’t eligible for a refund or a replacement. Very poor experience!

Excellent, classy and cool
I got my first S&B bracelet (leather) a year ago in a shop in Basel while traveling and I've worn it constantly since. The leather and weave still look great in good condition after a year of "hard work"! The magnetic stainless clasp is excellent. It took some practice, but now it goes on and off easily without thought and would NEVER come off by mistake. I recently purchased another leather bracelet and a few of stone, each with a metal skull--this time from the website. Shipping was quick and packaging thoughtful. All of these pieces look excellent and have a perfect balance between being natural and modern...between casual and classy. I love them!
Tip: on the sizing, I found the size chart to be perfect for selecting a leather bracelet which is comfortable and secure. For the (elastic) stone bracelets, I found going up one size allows them to fit more loosely, which seems more appropriate for me. Your wrists may vary.
