Good quality, colour is different then shown on website though. Delivery took a few days longer because it delivered to a service point on a saturday, which was closed on saturdays.

looks great but hold on, it doesn't hold up. The leather band disconnected from the steel part and required more glue. Gives the impression of cheaply made.

Moving to 4 Stars because the service was top notch. They addressed and cared about my experience and were quick to fix the issue.

Firstly they make it very easy to browse and shop online
And it’s the first time I’ve been offered a free gift as I was choosing my item then added more because of that
They followed me up closely every step of the way
Delivery service was almost on time But I got it the very next morning And they always answered and responded to every email I sent
Packaging is neat compact and secure And I had to figure out how to open the bracelets of which some look different in actuality
All in all this is such an exemplary organization operating seamlessly others should take a look at as a great model to follow
