FAULTY men's bracelet in the mail…
So this is the 2nd review on this faulty bracelet. Belgium Office (they were great) as they even looped in the Australia Office contact where I brought the bracelet but STILL no response what so ever!!
I have now given up. YOU WIN!! I am now wearing the bracelet because I do like it. (shame about the smudged imperfections on the lettering) though will be an interesting story to tell everyone about my experience with Steel & Barnett.

FAULTY men's bracelet in the mail…
Received a men's bracelet in the mail last Friday. The companies logo on the bracelet is faded.
Have sent 3 emails about this with not even a response. 2 emails sent to the info email address as asked to on how to return products. After no respon see es there, I trie their accounts email address as no phone number listed anywhere here in Australia. No reply there either.
Is nearing 1 week which means no more returns after that period.
I hope they respond soon.
Very dissappointing product service.

Loved the bracelets-careful with your returns
Loved the bracelets, had to exchange them for a smaller size, and returned them as requested. Received the credit but short of my purchased price by 5 euros even I paid myself for the full return via bpost. Disappointing.
