New softwood side gate from Stellar Gates
So pleased with my new softwood side gate. From ordering to delivery it was a great service from Stellar Gates. I painted my gate in black BEDEC Barn Paint and fitted it myself, very happy with the quality and look of the gate which replaced a 5 year old rotting gate. I think this one will last a long time.

The gate arrived
The gate looks fab, but considering it was hand made and expensive I expected a little feedback. You know, we have started building your gate it will arrive this date.
A request I asked for not acknowledged but nothing. The gat just turned up.
The gate arrived very well protected via two different couriers, one for the gate the other fixings. Just letting you know this 🤔
I have yet to fit the gate but hopefully there shouldn’t be any problems.
Did they plant the tree, who knows !

I am surprised that you didn't receive the updates on your order. We do send an email once the order has gone into production and again once the order has been booked in with the courier. Both of these include estimated delivery dates. The emails may have gone into your spam folder. Our courier then supply a 3 hour time slot for the delivery date plus tracking throughout the day.
We are signed up to Ecologi who plant a tree with every order made through our online store. You can track the amount of trees planted on their website.

This was the 2nd side garden gate that I have purchased from Stellar Gates. The quality of construction was equally as good as the first one which I purchased a few years ago. Delivered on time, hinge pack and gate furniture all good quality too. I would highly recommend Stellar Gates Ltd to anyone.
