The ordering was done on the phone and this was excellent and the person taking my call was most helpful. The gates were made and dispatched very quickly and very well packed. the couriers were most helpful and put the gates just were I asked for them to be placed. When myself and my builder unpacked them we were very pleased with the quality of the product, they are excellent and I am very pleased with them. I would encourage anyone to choose your company if you are wanting an excellent well made product. Thank you very much its been a pleasure to deal with your company.

Would say 5 star for quality and delivery, slightly under five star for the instructions which were very good but could have had a bit more detail on what still sizes to use, and for installing posts what size rawl plugs. Overall very happy.

Superb Quality hardwood gates and very easy to order.

Excellent bespoke hardwood side gate. Our carpenter commented on how impressed he was with the workmanship and detail when fitting it. We are now the envy of our street giving our home much more curb appeal (and security) and have had others ask where it came from!

All our items delivered earlier than originally indicated in excellent condition and exactly as specified. Will in your office was remarkably patient in discussing and confirming measurements with me which contributed substantially to the gate which exactly fitted the aperture in our garden wall.
