The course is well organised and structured. I don't think there's anything that competes for teaching the MAT and STEP.

PROS - Would recommend the course to anyone who wants to improve their MAT short question / multiple choice technique. Tutors were helpful & content was relevant to both MAT & STEP.

CONS - The course itself was expensive, I'd recommend booking a place early if interested for a slightly better price.

This course was great for me as I am studying for the MAT, and the depth that we went into when discussing the questions really helping my understanding on how to approach the questions, which are a step up from normal AS maths. The tutors were great at thoroughly explaining the more difficult areas, so that i gained a better ability in answering further questions.

I would definitely recommend it as I really liked the system of splitting into groups and getting back together to discuss the answers again.

I really enjoyed the challenging material, and the help we were given was really useful and insightful.

I would recommend this course since the short questions are a little different from the long questions, so the stuff I learned was helpful.

Had a great experience with this organization. I bought their book The Oxbridge Formula, which contains all the useful information I need for my application at Cambridge University. Furthermore I followed a summer preparation course. Despite it being online because of the pandemic, I learned a lot of new things and handy tips. The course was very well organised, with sufficient interaction with the tutors. Will definitely give me a boost on the admission test. The communication was alsof very clear and transparent. Amazing!

I really enjoyed the course and learnt a lot. It has been very useful not only in covering new content for the NSAA, but in building my skills in approaching problem solving questions. Being online didn’t hinder the amount of progress I was able to make, and I now feel more confident in tackling the NSAA. Thank you very much!

This course was great for me as I am preparing for the MAT, and the variety of questions we looked over helped me in understanding how to approach both the long and short questions. The tutors were great at thoroughly explaining the harder parts so that I gained a better ability in answering further questions.

The content was based around questions in the style of those present in the MAT and STEP exams. Each bigger question was introduced with a couple simpler questions that were explained to us all by the tutors and that helped with finding the methods to solve the full questions. Once we were separated into groups with 1 tutor each we worked on the questions both individually and collectively, with the tutors being helpful and patient. The course on the whole was a good experience as it was in good spirits and, most importantly, I finished it with a new way of thinking when faced with questions in this style. The tech was also helpful and no one had any problems with it which was essential as the explanations were both algebraic and visual, using graphs.

This is about the 4-day live Zoom course. This course is certainly good for the right kind of person, but for me I wouldn't say the benefit compared to individual past papers and revision justifies the price. If you are able to revise effectively on your own then I recommend completing the existing (free) resources & past papers and see how you feel, before then considering buying.
