He took my phone number and said someone would be in touch to make arrangements to come and inspect the sofa,so far no one has been in touch and that was approximately two months ago ,I would appreciate your comments

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service from buying product to it being delivered.
Our salesman gave us plenty time to decide, explained everything about the leather care plan and also made sure all products arrived at the same time as one item was already in stock but the other had a 15-17 week wait.

We purchased our last suite from Sterling and, due to it great quality we had no hesitation in buying again. I am delighted to say that the service from Sterling for our recent purchase was excellent, as is the quality of our new suite. We had to wait a bit longer than normal for our suite and there are obviously LOTS cheaper products available faster on the market but you get what you pay for from Sterling, flawless quality and service at an affordable price.

Flooring installation
Whilst a bit expensive in comparison to others, I am very happy with my flooring and in particular the fitters who completed this fitting to kitchen and hall. Would recommend defo.
