About Stewart Golf
When you choose to play with a Stewart Golf trolley, you're not just choosing another piece of equipment, you're choosing Great British manufacturing; over 20 years of market leading innovation; game-changing technology and a dedicated UK-based Customer Care centre.
Nestled in the idyllic Cotswolds in the South West of England, every Stewart Golf trolley is meticulously built by hand right here at our Great British headquarters, before being shipped to over 45 countries worldwide.
Changing How The World Plays Golf
In October 2003, Stewart Golf launched the X1 Remote. The world's first electric golf trolley developed specifically for remote control use.
Fast forward 20 years and this core concept - that golf should be played with zero ties to your equipment, so you can fully appreciate your surroundings and focus entirely on your game - still guides us. The introduction of Follow technology in 2014 set Stewart Golf apart from the crowd, fast becoming known in the golf industry as The Leader In Follow. This technology offers golfers everywhere a unique hands-free experience, allowing them to completely disconnect from their equipment, focus on their game and save energy for when it matters most.

I bought the Follow and there is no doubt that it is well made, but I have used it three times and on each occasion it has stopped following, which was the reason for purchase. The helpdesk at Stewart gave me some generic reasons for this but did not seem interested in finding out why.

I was kept informed throughout the purchase, from the actual buying to the delivery.

Love the Q Follow carbon trolley, looks amazing and a doddle to use. Delivery and service perfect.

First of all , it was impossible to speak to a representative even though I left my number twice.
My emails never addressed my issues and it was like English wasn't understood.
After 3 weeks without my trolley working, I was finally offered to either fix my remote ($75) or purchase a new one. I obviously elected to have it fixed for $75. However there was no address to send the remote after purchasing, so I went online to try to find what I thought was the correct address to send it to. After mailing to UPS, I was finally given an address which was different than the one I sent it to. Stewart could never find my remote I sent.
Exasperated, I said I'd buy a new remote (either $250 or $350) which I did.
I was finally shipped a new one that works fine. I think they finally refunded the $75 repair that I never received.
Not having my trolley for 5 weeks, I had to rent a cart for $20 each time I played or push a cart. I'm 80 years old and play golf 5 x week. Needless to say this was a large unnecessary expense.
Honestly, this is the worst customer service I've ever had. I've owned 3 Stewart golf trolleys at $3000 each. I love their units when they work, but customer service has gone out the window.
I could never go through such a horrible experience like that again.
Constructively, I hope they'll put more resources into taking care of their clients and less on marketing that I seem to receive daily.

I was expecting an upgrade from my MotoCaddy M7 remote, but my Q follow is disappointing. It is clunky, the releases on the trolley for assembly and the battery are really stiff and often stick. The stability of the trolley is worse than the M7 and for the money, it is not a good purchase. I’d go with the Moto Caddy if given the choice.

Stewart Vertx remote is an incredible trolley and when it started to have charging issues I feared a lengthy period going back to carrying. Carlie from Stewart provided outstanding comms and resolved the issue within a matter of days. World Class Trolley, World Class Customer Service.

The Trolley seems to work ok, however my issue is with the umbrella holder. It's very poor quality and doesn't work. the slightest breeze caused the bungee to snap and had me chasing me umbrella down the fairway... I have attempted to contact customer services but they fail to reply???

Amazing trolly making golf easier and more fun, only downside is trying to release the battery as the release catch is not say to use

Good service price to much for a bit of rubber delivery cost extortionate.

I wanted to speak to a human being, but the robot kept me going in circles. Finally I got through and the agent at SG was able to sort out my query for replacement hinges for the main handle that were snapped.

Absolutely atrocious company. Paid $3,000 for their flagship electric cart. Less than 7 rounds in and they confirm that a LACK OF CHARGING has led to a blown battery. $450 to replace. How does NOT charging a battery result in it blowing up? Paid them two weeks ago for new battery, still not shipped. Promised response after response and heard nothing. MONTHS of conversation and complaints with their customer service folks has resulted in nothing. Stay away. Absolute disgrace.

Absolutely delighted with my follow me trolley. Very pleased with how it performs and the battery life is exceptional. Makes you feel as if you have your own caddy looking after your clubs ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Been wanting to purchase this trolley for some time and now that I have, I wonder why I didn’t do it sooner.
A fantastic piece of equipment that has helped give me the extra bit of energy that I need to complete 18 holes with ease.

Absolutely fantastic experience with the team. Carlie was particularly very helpful. I mistakenly ordered wrong box for my trolley but they still went above and beyond to help me. The speed of service was so good. I had my trolley returned in the same week!

Great company and great Trolley. I have had Powakaddy and Motocaddy electric trollies in the past and Stewart Follow Q is by far the best
