I contacted Chris through their website after reading the amazing reviews online. We wanted to deal with a local company who could understand our situation. Being both self employed it is not always so straight forward.
From the outset, we were contacted immediately, an appointment was agreed and we started the process of applying for our mortgage. Chris was amazing at grasping the situation and all that would be involved to securing us a mortgage and discussing our options. It was great to have advice too.
Connor was the case manager and was extremely competent in collating our information.
The whole process was streamline, fast and delivered way beyond our expectations. In a world were customer service is declining, it was refreshing to experience a company who went above and beyond to make sure we got our AIP and mortgage offer.

As first time house buyers, we went into the experience of securing a mortgage with some knowledge of the process but definitely requiring some guidance too.
