From start to finish , Chris was fantastic. Explaining clearly and thoroughly through the whole procedure and in such a quick time scale ,keeping me up to date consistently and then to finalise my mortgage. Very friendly and efficient service I would highly recommend.

Very knowledgeable & Helpful!
Ross and his team have been exceedingly helpful with the remortgage of our property. Connor our case manager has gone above and beyond ensuring we have been informed along the way and ensuring regular communication especially when things are a little quiet. No question is too silly and they are always more than helpful!

As first time buyers the Stisi Group…
As first time buyers the Stisi Group were brilliant. They were incredibly helpful in securing our mortgage, especially after having a few issues securing it with another company. Chris took the time to answer every question of mine and explained things throughly, walking us through every step. We will be using them again to remortgage without a doubt and I would highly recommend them to anyone but especially to first time buyers like ourselves.

Personal, Low Stress Re-mortgage Experience
Excellent all round service provided by the Stisi Group for our remortgage. Discussed options / plans 6 months out then secured a product 3 months out, with the option to amend further should interest rates fall. From agreeing the product, providing relative documents and securing the new mortgage took less than a week. Overall a very personal service was provided making this a low stress experience. Would highly recommend.

Brilliant experience
It has been absolutely brilliant to have the team at Stisi to guide us through the process of purchasing our first home. Great experience
We recently used Stisi group for the first time as our mortgage was due for renewal.
Ross and Connor were great, easy to deal with and really quick at getting everything sorted. They kept us up to date throughout the whole process and also sorted out our life insurance to ensure we had the correct cover.

Friendly, personable, genuine, and exceptionally professional. I'd highly recommend Stisi group and especially Chris, who was my main contact.
