Gill was very professional and kept me updated and informed on the lettings process throughout. She was also quick to respond to my emails and was always available on the phone as well.

You could tell she had the best interests of both Landlord and Tenant through her negotiations.

All said, it was been a delight dealing with Stonehouse.

They were good until I had a leak from shower. This was reported over 6 weeks ago and I have had zero communication with them since 4 weeks ago despite regularly asking for updates. Simply not good enough.

I’ve rented from Stonehouse for the past 3 years and have had no issues - Jackie Stewart has been an incredibly helpful Property Manager and made renting an easy and pleasant experience.

I am warmly pleased and grateful for the thorough help and guidance of Kaiya Marr.

We would like to thank Gill Annand for her help in securing a lovely property and guiding us through the tenancy agreement process. She has been very responsive and exceeded our expectations in locating a property in a timely manner.

Gill Annand was very helpful with me she was telling me : every time you need something give us a call and ask for me and I will be there and help you step by step. she is very great and of course I have to give credit to her team as well but I do need to give more credit for gill. Thank You Gill.

I had a viewing at one of the properties to let in Aberdeen, where I was greeted by Donna upon arrival. She was very accommodating throughout the visit and taking my concerns on board, while promising to find a property that is right for me. I will continue to use Stonehouse Lettings for my viewings in and around Aberdeenshire.
