I've used Stonehouse for the past 2 years and find them very supportive of my requests and provide great communications, particularly Debbie who manages my apartment.

Edited review: after being with Stonehouse for 3 months, it has been incredibly difficult to get through to them with maintenance concerns. I’m still waiting on things to be followed up on that I brought up 2 months ago. If you have options, I would recommend trying to find another agency.

As a landlord, run far and fast. This company is not out to work for you, or even the tenant, they just want as much money put of both of you as possible. They have made the renting process a nightmare and I will never go near them again. They just want to keep all your money. Don't sign up for the deposit scheme, it's just a scam. They don't report important stuff that you could fix, and lie about contacting you. No wonder their staff turnover is so high. Everyone I've dealt with has made some kind of mistake, I hope they go bust.

My experience with Stonehouse Property Aberdeen was great. When I moved in with my Family to Aberdeen and a friend recommended them to me, they listened to me, they were very honest and professional in their approach and they got me a very nice place that I stayed for a year and half with my family without any problem before I relocated from Aberdeen.

The property manager assigned to me was excellent, her name is Debbie Law. Always ready to listen and attend to any issue I brought to her in a timely and professional manner.

GOD bless Stonehouse Property and I have no worries in recommending their service to anyone that needs a nice and decent home. Cheers.

Thieves!!! They will try their best to steal your deposit. I cleaned the whole apartment and they tried to take my deposit because I moved the mini fridge to clean and didnt push it against the wall.

Without mincing words, stonehouse lettings is the worst letting agent in the UK. I will not recommend stonehouse lettings even to an enemy. If you're looking for a letting agency that is professional and will treat you right, then run away from stonehouse lettings. They treat their customers like enemies, and without respect and value. stonehouse lettings will make you literally shed tears. I suggest the regulatory body overseeing activities of letting agencies should ban them perpetually. stonehouse lettings shouldn't be in the business of relating with people. They lack that capacity. Their ineptitude is unimaginable and unacceptable. Flee stonehouse lettings as much as you can.

Absolutely unprofessional approach! We moved out from our rented property 5weeks ago, still chasing our deposit. Nobody is replying to our emails and when we phone them nobody is willing to provide any information regarding the checkout inventory and how much of our deposit we are getting back and when. The checkout inventory was done terribly. They are trying to claim charges for damages to the property that were already there and are clearly stated in the entry inventory from when we moved in. Extremely disappointed!

We have used Stonehouse a number of times in the past with very mixed experiences. This time around was completely different and hugely better. Our initial point of contact was Gill Annand who quickly put us in touch with Jemma Watt after listening and guiding us to what would be needed. Jemma has been extremely professional and efficient in her role throughout the leasing process. Stonehouse should be extremely proud of these two members of the team, huge credit to both.

Don't expect anything to get fixed/ repaired quick. Still living in a house full of mould spread to my furniture they have been out twice and taken photos. Absolute clowns

Stonehouse lettings acquired our landlord Geraghty Gibb and we were warned about them stealing the tenants deposits at the ends of their tenancies. We moved out to a bigger house and we had 5 people deep clean our property for them before we left. It was spotless. Floors, windows, all areas. They then sent their representative in to find issues that didn't exist! This guys job is to go around your house and find microscopic pieces of dust and invent issues that do not exist so they can charge for a cleaner/painters that charge around £100 an hour, to clean and paint a property that doesn't need it.

It's a scam. A 100% scam to steal tenants deposits and split it with the landlords, whilst giving them a new paint job in their house and a kickback in their pocket also.

AVOID this company like the plague. they are abhorrent and need to be closed down for shady business practices immediately.

I told them exactly what I thought of them. Dispute your deposit and get your money back. And know that if your house is spotless when you leave they'll want your full deposit and more, citing that is what the landlord wants, and not them.

Very hard to get anything fixed or sorted out. No one replies to emails. Takes 5 emails and so many calls to get hold of anyone but no help at all.
They moved us in a property with so many repair and work needs to be done and never again don`t use this ridicules estate agents.
Even one star is too good for them.

All of them crap don't even reply to emails for weeks and repairs just forget about them.

When you call them they will be like let me check and get back to you in a bit but never call back, they trapped us and we are trying to move out from they property already even we are with them only for less than a month as whatever we agreed before moving in, not getting sorted and they don't really care.
Aileen we emailed you as well now and waiting for response for weeks, don't come on social platforms and shows that you guys care, when actually you guys don't reply to emails and get repairs done.
We are applying taking them to tribunal in first month of our rental agreement so imagine the service.

Rented from stonehouse & will never rent from them again and have told others to use any other letting agent as they are awful!! I got virtually 0 of my deposit back with the majority of the reason being wear & tear issues but what do you expect after living in a flat for 3 years? Many issues reported & 0 resolved in those 3 years. Out of hours phone was never answered and then we were blamed the next day for resolving the issue ourselves. There was almost no communication in my time renting from Stonehouse & there are much better companies in Aberdeen that don’t just care about lining the landlords pocket.
