Gill was fab! Super helpful and tailored service based on our individual circumstances. We were on a pretty tight time crunch to find a rental due to the sale of our own property. Concise replies and advice and they arranged for us to view the next day despite being super busy so we could proceed.

I had a communication with Jemma. Was very kind and supportive with everything.

Very disappointed with stonehouse, myself and my partner moved out a property almost 6 weeks ago and have sent multiple emails and calls to our property manager Meagean regarding getting the deposit back since we moved and we have been ignored each time we got in contact, even when emailing someone else we was told to go to our property manager which she wasnt replying. Quick enough to take the deposit but not interested in returning it back.

Would not recommend, once you leave them as a Tennant they decide to not contact you back at all when asking about the deposit refunds.

Process to move in has been fine so far, easy enough. Had a few questions which both Jemma and Natalie managed to answer for us in a timely manner. Just need to move in which is in 4 days time. Hoping for a good time to get some stuff moved in!

I just want to say thank you to Gill, not only is she speedy with her responses to emails (I’ve been working away and trying to organise a property for when I return) she is friendly and very helpful. Such a smooth process from beginning to end and when I return I now have a gorgeous property signed for ready and waiting. Thank you so much! The whole process from sending monies to filling out paper work was simple and straight forward and safe. What a great system Stonehouse use. Again thanks for all your help! Can’t wait to move into my new place when I’m home!

Jill Pirie, the branch manager in Kemnay, was tremendous at helping us locate a suitable rental property and guiding us through the process. Newly arrived from overseas, we so appreciated her patience and kindness.

Stonehouse is such a let down. Very irrational crop of individuals that care less about their tenants. I have read several responses to reviews here. Their responses cosmetic and bizzare. Nothing changes after all. I won't be surprised if same response template is posted in response to my comments. Such a shame. If there was an option to give a minus (negative) star rating, that would most appropriately suit their kind. Stonehouse letting agency is unrepentant. It will take the arm of the law to change anything. Not recommended!

My experience with Stonehouse has actually made me ill. Despite having a 'fully managed' package, they failed to inspect the premises allowing a leak to develop into a collapsed ceiling. It has been over eight weeks since the last tenants moved out and NOTHING has been done to repair damages or conduct a deep clean despite my constant emailing/phoning. I have been ghosted. I have contacted the managing director Aileen Merchant on several occasions already and she hasn't had the decency to reply. They are unfit to be in operation. The collapse of the ceiling could have caused serious harm.
