My experience so far
So far my experience has been positive, everything they warned me that would happen, has happened. They have been very patient with me, and will re-explain everything to me to make sure I understand the process. Anytime I have called to ask questions they're always available and friendly. I'm still at the beginning stages of my process, however having someone to help and guide me along the way has alleviated all anxiety.
