Epoxy Resin

Very helpful advice. Epoxy Resin Regular is easy to use and worked well on our Portland Stone. Prompt Delivery. I would definitely purchase this product again.

Brickwork pier was hit by lorry

Brickwork pier was hit by delivery lorry and several bricks were split. I ordered polyester two-part adhesive from Stonetools online on Sunday, it arrived on Tuesday and I repaired brickwork that day. Very satisfactory.

Following a conversation with one of…

Following a conversation with one of the company's representative this afternoon I was able to retrieved the goods from one of my neighbours. The tin look like it was dropped from great high,but it was in tach, not split. Thanks for getting back me.

Unhelpful customer service

I ordered some polish that I couldn't get in Ireland and paid more than the price of the polish itself for prompt shipping through a courier. Two weeks later I still haven't received the polish and the first (and full) response from the company was: "Probably customs" When I then explained that I'd paid additional for a courier hoping to get through customs faster but the courier just sent it to An Post, the second response was. "We sent it through Parcelforce. So not regular mail They decide which carriers to use and which are best at the time, Customs has been a struggle with any carrier." I've contacted An Post myself trying to get the product delivered, but this is not, by my standards anyway, good customer support. I wish I had ordered from another company.
