Great product exactly what I needed and very helpful with questions

Products arrived very quickly, well packed and the delivery company accepted to deliver to a neighbour if we were unexpectedly out. Microlux granite polishing powder has worked to remove some small marks and dull patches on 11 year old worktop and now looks like new again (machine polished using felt pads).

Ordered to NI 4pm gog it next day.

It is time for companies to stop over wrapping products, but if they can't due to fragility then to use unbleached paper packaging.

Tools arrived quickly and packed ok, unfortunately one of the stones was badly chipped (maybe the transport) but I called stonetools and they sorted ASAP. I got a replacement quickly the day after.
